Economic and social development is always accompanied by the continuous advancement of industrialization and urbanization,and the space conflict between people’s urban construction,production and life development activities and ecological environment protection is constantly staged.Although there are many national and local laws and regulations,the conflict between man and land is increasingly serious.Under the background of green development-oriented reform of natural resources and environment system,optimizing the development and protection pattern of territorial space has become one of the key concerns of natural resources utilization in China.Duchang County,as a county with a large population and a large grain production in Jiangxi Province,has significantly enhanced its comprehensive competitiveness.The economic development also brings a series of resources and environment problems,which restrict the transformation of duchang county’s green development.The optimization of territorial spatial pattern oriented to human-land coordination can not only improve the man-land relationship in Duchang County,but also provide theoretical support for subsequent territorial spatial functional zoning and use control.In Jiangxi Province’s Main Functional Area Planning(2013),The function of Duchang County is positioned as a restricted development area(the main production area of agricultural products),that is,a restricted area for large-scale and high-intensity industrialization and urbanization development.Therefore,it is urgent to explore a road suitable for duchang County’s green and sustainable development.Based on this,this paper calculates the development intensity duchang county can carry under different constraints from the perspective of"population-land use"and"rigid-elastic constraint".Through single factor evaluation,it analyzes the carrying scale of each township and obtains the carrying scale of population.Then the suitability evaluation of the three types of urban,agricultural and ecological space was carried out to obtain the preliminary optimization plan of territorial space.Combining with the carrying status of each township in the whole region and the intensity of territorial development of each village,the territorial space optimization plan was finally obtained to delimit the three types of territorial space.Duchang County is divided into six types of leading function areas based on the independent units of townships,so as to clarify the ways and directions of optimizing the leading function of each region.The results showed that:(1)Under the theoretical framework of man-land relationship system,the mechanism between the carrying capacity of resources and environment and the suitability of territorial space development can be used to explain human production and living as well as the effects of resources and environment.Bearing the constraints of resources and environment of Duchang county population:regional differences between water resources and ecological resource constraints of Duchang county population growth is a relatively strong restrictive,and part of Duchang county towns because of the development of industry and agriculture,water consumption,water consumption is high also,respectively by different levels of water,accounting for45.83%of the total number of villages and towns;The ecological carrying capacity of Duchang County can not be underestimated.By 2025,the human carrying capacity of Duchang County has exceeded the ecological carrying capacity of the township,and the development is in the state of unsustainable utilization,namely,the ecological deficit of the township:Duchang Town,Zuoli town,Hehe town,Wanhu town and Xiangxi township.(2)Before optimization,the proportions of suitable grade in urban,agricultural and ecological space were 42.83%,34.16%and 9.24%,respectively;the proportions of more suitable grade were 31.32%,29.09%and 5.93%;and the proportions of unsuitable grade were 25.85%,36.76%and 84.85%;After optimization,the urban,agricultural and ecological space areas of the county are 151.10km~2,837.58km~2and1238.02km~2respectively,accounting for 6.79%,37.62%and 55.60%of the national space respectively.In urban space,the areas of optimized construction area(classⅰ)and regulated construction area(classⅱ)are 25.72km~2and 125.40km~2respectively,accounting for 1.16%and 5.63%of the national land space,respectively.In agricultural space,the areas of concentrated production area and optimized production area were 666.48km~2and 171.11km~2respectively,accounting for 29.93%and 7.68%of the total territorial space,respectively.In the ecological space,the areas of strictly protected areas and general protected areas are 953.62km~2and 284.41km~2respectively,accounting for 42.83%and 12.77%of the total territorial space,respectively.(3)Through the downscaling identify distribution characteristics of the dominant function of different villages and towns combination,will the county to single leading of town scale divided into town,the town-double leading agriculture,urban ecological double-leading,urban ecological three-agriculture-leading,single leading,agriculture,ecological agriculture leading the function of the six categories of land space leading type.Combined with the actual situation of each township,based on management,distribution control and structural optimization and other aspects of the proposed zoning strategy;Refinement of the optimization scheme to township scale is conducive to the implementation of spatial control policies.
