| Controlling territorial space development intensity,adjusting territorial space development structure,and realizing green economy development,have become the strategic task and necessary passes to construct the new development pattern under the guidance of ecological civilization and the new concept of high-quality development.The interaction between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level has become a characteristic problem in deepening the reform and promoting the sustainable development of society.It is of great significance to further understand the internal law within territorial space development intensity and green economy development level and to promote the effective integration of the two to cope with the new situation and new adjustment.Therefore,based on the existing research,this paper focuses on the coupling relationship between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.The main contents of this paper and related research results are as follows.(1)This paper establishes a study model of the coupling and harmonious development relationship between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.There is a coupling and mutual feedback relationship between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.The impact of territorial space development intensity on green economy development level and the effect of green economy development level on territorial space development intensity,and the co-intervention of the market,government,industry,society,and space constitute the coupling evolution mechanism.The evolution of territorial space development intensity and green economy development level alternately promotes the coupling and coordinated development,so there are three evolution models,which include an evolution model of territorial space development and supply as the main driving force,an evolution model of green economy development as the main driving force,and an evolution model driven by the coupling of the two.Furthermore,by constructing the coupling coordination evaluation model,we can map the strength of the coupling coordination development relationship between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.(2)This paper comprehensively evaluates territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.After constructing the comprehensive evaluation index of territorial space development intensity and green economy development level,respectively,the improved panel entropy method is used to measure the land space development intensity and green economy development level of 283 cities in China from 2003 to 2019.Then,the nonparametric kernel density estimation method and the exploratory spatial data analysis method are used to describe and recognize the time-series dynamic evolution rule and the spatial pattern evolution characteristic of territorial space development intensity and green economy development level,respectively.Territorial space development intensity and green economy development level showed an upward trend during the study period.The value distribution of territorial space development intensity in the east,middle,West,and northeast regions fits the green economy development pattern.Territorial space development intensity and green economy development level have a noticeable regional difference.The spatial dynamic evolution pattern of territorial space development intensity shows a weak spatial cohesion,but the green economy development level is significant.To a certain extent,the above research has verified the interactive and coordinated relationship between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.On the whole,the value of territorial space development intensity is lower than the green economy development level.(3)This paper empirically studies the coupling relationship and response law between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level and summarizes the coupling development model.The coupling coordination model is used to measure the coupling coordination degree between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of the two is getting higher and higher,which has experienced a cross-level change from the period of maladjustment decline to the period of running-in transition to the period of coupling coordination,shows a development from near maladjustment to prior coordination and higher-level coupling coordination.There are significant regional differences and spatial clustering characteristics.Panel vector autoregression model was used to test the dynamic interaction between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level and the spatial econometric model to test the influence of external factors.Territorial space development intensity and green economy development level have a very significant reciprocal causal relationship.The coupling and harmonious evolution of territorial space development intensity and green economy development level in China and its eastern region are promoted by adjusting the territorial space development subsystem and green economy development subsystem to their respective structures,the perfection of their functions,and the optimization of their benefits.Still,in this process,green economy development is the dominant power.For the central region of China,the coupling and harmonious evolution of territorial space development intensity and green economy development level is also promoted by adjusting the territorial space development subsystem and green economy development subsystem to their respective structures,the perfection of their functions,and the optimization of their benefits.But,in this process,territorial space development and supply is the dominant power.The western region and northeastern region of China have achieved simultaneous development between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.The western region has formed the coupling and mutual-feed evolution mode of territorial space development intensity and green economy development level,which is in the transitional period of the dominant way of territorial space development and supply and the dominant mode of green economy development power.The northeast area is more the result of adjusting the territorial space development subsystem and green economy development subsystem to their respective structures,the perfection of their functions,and the optimization of their benefits.At the same time,the coupling and harmonious development of territorial space development intensity and green economy development level also has its own evolution pattern of spatial concentration and overflow.(4)On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the problems and evolution mode of coupling and coordination between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level,this paper puts forward the concrete optimization path.While recognizing the fact that the coupling and coordination between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level and its promotion are both generally low,attention should be paid to the significant differences between different regions in the coupling degree between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.Realizing the positive interaction between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level,three specific paths are put forward to optimize,which conclude the path of optimizing territorial space development intensity,the path of optimizing green economy development level,and ways to optimize the coupling and interaction between territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.The appropriate optimization paths are selected according to local conditions.Under the background of regional integration development strategy,taking the urban agglomeration,the metropolitan area,the development belt,and so on as the leading platform,we should strengthen the cooperation among different regions and coordinate the development of di fferent regions.In summary,the contributions of this study are as follows:(1)In terms of research perspective,the previous study explored the interactive and causal relationship or nonlinear relationship between the territorial space development intensity and green economy development level by researching the unidirectional effect for one part to another part,while this study studies the dynamic two-way relationship between the territorial space development intensity and green economy development level from the perspective of coupling coordination.(2)On the research content,it reveals and tests the internal interactive mechanism,external cooperative intervention mechanism and its interactive evolution model between the territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.(3)In terms of application,this paper put forward the strategy system of synergetic optimization of the territorial space development intensity and green economy development level.It provides theoretical basis and policy suggestions for the coupling and harmonious development between the territorial space development intensity and green economy development level,and the path choice of promoting the development of territorial space and the development system of green economy in a more orderly direction,which makes up for the deviation of macro-policy-making goal that may be caused by the one-sided view in previous studies. |
