| Nowadays,the financial situation is more severe,and it is accompanied by more and more serious competition among enterprises.It is unreasonable not to abandon the previous inherent concept if you want to maintain it for a long time in this environment.Enterprises can no longer rely solely on the ability of their own leaders.Only by integrating the talents of employees,improving the overall enthusiasm and initiative of the enterprise,and showing the self-driving ability of employees,can the enterprise survive and develop smoothly.Therefore,an important topic at present is to explore the causes of employee’s initiative behavior and motivate them for the results.From the existing research,it is not difficult to see that the leadership model in the organization occupies a large part of the influencing factors.This paper selects spiritual leadership as the research to study the relationship between spiritual leadership and employees’ initiative behavior.Compared with other leadership styles,the current research on spiritual leadership is still in the developmental stage.It meets the spiritual needs of employees through internal incentives,stimulates employees’ sense of belonging to the organization through a shared vision,perceives themselves as a member of the organization,and motivates and improves individual performance.The satisfaction of employee’s psychological needs plays a key role in linking external factors with personal behavior and attitudes,and can stimulate the motivation of personal internal development.In addition,from the perspective of individual employees,the tendency of individual power distance may also play a role in the relationship between spiritual leadership and employees’ initiative behavior.Therefore,this paper will study the relationship between spiritual leadership,psychological needs satisfaction,power distance and employee initiative behavior.This research is mainly based on individual-situation interaction theory,social exchange theory and self-determination theory.Relying on a large number of literature reviews and related analysis,the hypothesis and model of this paper are put forward,and a "spiritual leadership-psychological needs satisfaction-employee initiative behavior" is constructed,while also exploring the boundary role that power distance may play.In addition,this paper adopts the questionnaire method to collect a large amount of data to provide support for the hypothesis,and uses SPSS26.0 and AMOS23.0 software to conduct empirical analysis and hypothesis testing on the data,and finally draw the following conclusions:(1)Spiritual leadership and employee initiative Behavior is positively correlated;(2)Spiritual leadership is positively correlated with psychological needs satisfaction;(3)Psychological needs satisfaction is positively correlated with employee initiative behavior;(4)Psychological needs satisfaction is positively correlated between spiritual leadership and employee initiative behavior(5)Power distance positively regulated the relationship between spiritual leadership and employees’ initiative behavior;(6)Power distance positively regulated the relationship between spiritual leadership and psychological needs satisfaction.Finally,based on the assumptions and conclusions of the model,this paper puts forward effective solutions and suggestions for how leaders can strengthen spiritual leadership and promote employee initiative behaviors and future prospects. |
