Innovation has always been a key factor in the survival and development of an enterprise.The innovation capability of an enterprise is mainly reflected in the innovation ability of its employees.The influence of business leaders on the innovation behavior of employees is crucial.Spiritual leadership is a new type of internalization.Incentive theory of leadership behavior,whether it can improve employees’ innovative behavior has attracted the attention and thinking of many scholars.The organizational identity of employees and the influence of initiative personality trends on their innovative behaviors are also issues of concern to the academic community.Therefore,this study studies the relationship between spiritual leadership and employee innovation behavior from the perspective of leadership style and personal trait interaction,which is of great significance for enterprises to enhance their innovation level and enhance their core competitiveness.In this study,the employees of many enterprises in Henan Province were selected as the research object.The questionnaire survey method was used to sample 342 questionnaires from employees.Using SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 two kinds of statistical software to analyze the data,study the independent variable(spiritual leadership)on the dependent variable(employee innovation behavior).At the same time,the relationship between spiritual leadership,organizational identity,initiative personality and employee innovation behavior is discussed with organizational identity as the mediator and initiative personality as the regulatory variable.The research results show that the vision,hope/faith and altruistic love contained in the spiritual leadership have a positive impact on the employee’s innovative behavior,in which the altruistic love has the strongest influence,the hope/belief is second,and the vision is the weakest;Organizational identity has a positive predictive effect on employee innovation behavior;and organizational identity has a partial mediation effect between vision,hope/belief,and altruistic love and employee innovation behavior;in addition,active personality tendencies toward mental leadership The relationship between dimensional vision,hope/faith,altruistic love and organizational identity has a positive impact.
