| With the continuous impact of Internet finance,commercial banks must continuously improve their management level in order to stabilize the financial market in the fiercely competitive market environment.The core competitiveness of banking business development is ultimately the competition of people.As an important part of human resource management,performance management is one of the effective management tools to achieve organizational strategic goals.As the main force of the bank,grass-roots branch employees serve customers on the front line and directly create value for the bank.Therefore,studying the performance management of bank branch employees can inspire managers to think about the assessment of front-line employees.This paper selects the branch Y of China Construction Bank as the research object,studies the performance management of its employees,uses the research methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,finds out the problems existing in performance management and analyzes the reasons,and finally proposes corresponding solutions.On the basis of theoretical research on performance management,this paper establishes a performance management system of "one,two,three,three,four" suitable for employees of branch Y branch of CCB,namely "one person,one table","two types of indicators","three conversations","Three assessment methods" and "four links",and through the whole process of performance management,analyze the reasons one by one from the four links of performance plan formulation,performance coaching and communication,performance assessment and evaluation,and performance result application,and propose corresponding solutions..It is hoped that this paper can provide guidance for the performance management of employees in the branch Y branch of China Construction Bank,and also hope to provide reference value for the performance management of employees in other bank branches. |
