The management of the enterprise internal communication in the establishment of modern enterprise and development plays an important role.Konosuke matsushita-a very famous Japanese multinational company founder.He once said:the enterprise management is communication in the past,now is communication,or communication in the future.With the continuous development of economic and social,the enterprise is facing fierce competition environment,some enterprises due to the low level of internal management communication,causes the enterprise the competitive ability of falling.This article takes H company as a case study.H is a company specializing in wind power technology in r&d and manufacture of products and services of private companies.The company produced a lot of problems in longitudinal management communication,and has seriously affected the development of the company.This article mainly aims at the company in the longitudinal management communication problems is studied and put forward corresponding countermeasures.H company is in a transition stage,solve the problem of its internal longitudinal management communication,is of great significance for the future development of the company.In line with the understanding of the status quo-analysis problem-finding reasons-to solve the problem of H company longitudinal management communication is studied.This article first elaborated the research background,purpose,significance and practical application value.Then based on the reference on the basis of a large amount of literature,the main use of maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,communication satisfaction theory and relevant theory of group counseling.And through the questionnaire survey and interview employees with different departments and positions,induces the H company in longitudinal management communication problems.H company internal longitudinal management communication problem displays in:staff active communication consciousness weak,the lack of a sense of belonging to the company;The company lack of good communication atmosphere;Lack of management communication channel;Staff communication skills needs to improve;Too many way of communication,but the lack of unified management from several aspects.In order to make the argument more convincing,more fully in this paper,we use three research methods:literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method.In the process of research,I looked at a lot of communication and management related literature at home and abroad,and combine it with relevant theoretical knowledge,as a vertical management communication on the company status quo analysis of the theoretical basis.For H company in longitudinal management problems faced by the actual communication do an in-depth understanding of the needs and the leadership and staff of H company further interviews to find the problem.After using volume survey of H company's longitudinal management communication satisfaction,fully understand the employee perception of vertical management communication present situation,to establish a set of applicable to play a role in promoting the company's strategy.In order to promote H company longitudinal management communication smoothly,I put forward the following strategies.Longitudinal management strategy are:to strengthen the propaganda promotion channel with reform of identity;Strengthening the management of company vertical communication specification and process management;Company members communication skills,strengthen communication initiative.In order to ensure the effective implementation of these strategies,it is suggested that the company set up under the supervision and guarantee mechanism,established the longitudinal management communication supervision department;To strengthen the construction of organizational culture.H company has its own characteristics,in addition to the outside is more general common features of other IT enterprises,through the study of the vertical management...
