Research On Security Management Issues Of Hydrogenation Station In W Company

Hydrogen energy is currently recognized as a green energy in the world.It has the characteristics of wide sources,green and low-carbon.With the long-term exploitation and utilization of non renewable energy such as oil and natural gas in the world,hydrogen energy will become the strategic energy of various countries.However,with the increasingly extensive application of hydrogen energy,its safety problems have become increasingly prominent.How to effectively reduce or even avoid safety production accidents while hydrogen energy alleviates the energy crisis and serves the society urgently needs people’s attention.Therefore,taking the safety management of hydrogenation station as the research topic in this paper has certain theoretical significance and application value.Taking the safety management of hydrogenation station of W company as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the safety management problems of hydrogenation station of W company by using the research methods of literature analysis,field investigation,case study and comparative analysis,analyzes the reasons behind the problems one by one,and puts forward targeted improvement measures.The second chapter introduces the related situation of hydrogen energy and hydrogen energy industry chain,as well as the related concepts,contents and objectives of enterprise safety management,and introduces five key points of safety management of hydrogen refueling station.Then the third chapter introduces the basic situation and safety managementn system of the research object Wcompany,and takes the current situation of the safety management of the hydrogenation station of W company as the starting point.It is found that the problems existing in the five aspects of the hydrogenation station,such as hazard identification,management system,organizational structure,safety education and training ang fire emergency work,will directly affect the safety management of the hydrogenation station in the future,and there are certain potential safety hazards.The fourth chapter focuses on the safety management existing in the hydrogenation station of W company,and puts forward practical improvement measures from seven aspects : full participation in hazard identification,improvement of management system and operation procedures,optimization of personnel structure,emphasis on safety education and training,improvement of fire research and management ability,establishment of UAV patrol system and construction of double control mechanism.Finally,the fifth chapter also puts forward four guarantee conditions,including safety responsibility consciousness of all staff,the training of professionals,necessary safety investment and safety culture atmosphere.
