In recent years,the global energy supply has mainly come from three major fossil fuels: coal,oil,and natural gas.Fossil energy consumption is enormous,reserves are limited,and relative pollution is severe.Therefore,in order for humans to achieve long-term development,they must find alternatives.Datong City is a traditional resource-based city mainly focused on coal.In order to achieve its own sustainable development,it is undergoing a resource transformation based on hydrogen energy development.Hydrogen energy is a zero carbon fuel with high calorific value,pollution-free,and storable characteristics.Due to its wide range of sources and green environmental protection,it has the characteristics of recycling.In recent years,Datong City has established a "Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park" in the city’s economic development zone to develop the hydrogen energy industry.The industrial park integrates technology,ecology,and culture,with a development positioning of new energy,new materials,new technologies,and new applications.Various hydrogen energy enterprises have been introduced into the park,and 27 projects have been built.In 2022,there will be 30 new and continued construction projects in the industrial park,with a total investment of 17.831 billion yuan.After completion,the estimated annual sales revenue is 30 billion yuan,with a tax payment of 3.5 billion yuan,which can solve the employment problem of 10000 people.X Company is a hydrogen energy emerging enterprise introduced by the Datong Municipal Government in 2018This paper takes X Company as the research object,based on the conceptual theories of strategic management,clean energy and resource-based city transformation,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the current development environment of X Company.Firstly,by combing domestic and foreign literature,the theoretical basis and methods of the research basis are clarified,which provides general direction guidance for the hydrogen energy transformation of Datong City and the hydrogen energy business development of X Company.Secondly,PEST,Porter’s Five Forces model and SWOT strategy model are adopted to analyze the internal and external environment of X Company,to point out the existing problems of X Company in organizational structure,human resources,financial management,business model and other aspects,and to conduct field research and comprehensive analysis of the current situation of X Company.Finally,based on the analysis and investigation results,the next strategic plan is formulated,and specific measures are proposed for the next strategic implementation of X Company.The research on the development of hydrogen energy business of X Company aims to provide certain reference significance for the development of related new energy enterprises and urban transformation.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,new energy enterprises need to fully understand and take advantage of the preferential policies provided by the national and local governments when developing their business,so as to expand their business on the basis of this;Second,in the early stage of development,small and medium-sized new energy enterprises are prone to problems in internal organization structure,human resources,capital turnover and other aspects.Therefore,they need to combine their own characteristics and draw lessons from similar enterprises with mature development modes to develop internal mechanisms suitable for themselves,and gradually improve them in practice.Third,at the present stage,hydrogen energy business belongs to the guidance of science and technology.When developing hydrogen energy business,enterprises need to strengthen the investment in scientific research,and combine with the current market,to create and implement relevant civil terminal products. |
