GYST is a professional company engaged in Natural Gas vehicle refueling station industry, with the consciousness of environmental protection in recent years, clean energy has been wildly applied, it trigger "explosive growth" of Natural Gas vehicle refueling station industry in Guangdong province, lot of enterprises rushed into this industry, causing severe threat to the development of GYST. Therefore GYST company must evaluate the environment, draft out the effective competition strategy, strength the enterprise competition in the market position and ability.According to the theory of strategic management, apply tools of PEST and "Five Forces Model", analysed GYST company’s competitive environment. Pointed out that the industry is in the rising stage, there is fierce competition in the industry, the opportunities and threats coexist. Identify the internal resources and capabilities, use VRIO framwork to summarizes its advantages and disadvantages. Points out that the advantage include strong shareholder`s resources、rich experience in project management、operational capacity、gas supply security capability and first mover advantage. But the existence of shareholder resources structure is out of balanced, weak ability of market development and weak technological capacity, a single source of land and inadequate human resources.Using the method of SWOT strategic analysis of the company’s business, we must give full play to the resource advantage of shareholders, first develop the market inside of Guangdong Motor Transpotation Group, establish the mature operation system, enhance the resources and capacity advantages, consolidate the foundation of development. At the same time strive to other transportation enterprise customer development in Guangdong Province, to achieve the scale of expansion. In order to target customers to provide customized services, reflect the characteristics of the low cost and differentiation. Point out that GYST company should utilise the BLUE OCEAN strategy. This thesis explores the development and implementation of the competitive strategy of GYST company, put forward suggestions to achieve the sustainable development of the company.Finally, base on the strategic positioning and planning objectives, points out that the company must strengthen the organizational structure and governance structure, the establishment of a complete authorization system, improve the approval process; strengthen the company`s culture as "integrity, people-oriented, hard struggle, social services,". establish and improve the financial management, project management, security management and bidding management system, in order to support the implementation of the strategy.
