Research On High-quality Development Evaluation Of Advanced Manufacturing Industry Targeting Regions

With the continuous enhancement of China’s manufacturing level and the arrival of the new situation of the world economy,advanced manufacturing has gradually become the focus of development in countries around the world.At present,the development of advanced industry of China still faces some challenges.Therefore,this paper attempts to define the connotation of high-quality development from the perspective of advanced manufacturing on the basis of previous studies on high-quality development evaluation,evaluation of manufacturing development and evaluation of manufacturing high-quality development.In addition,combined with this connotation,index systems of relevant evaluation and evaluation models are constructed,so as to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing in major provinces in China,and measure the high-quality development level of advanced manufacturing in domestic provincial administrative regions.On this basis,the evaluation model can be divided into scale-level evaluation and growth-level evaluation based on type differences,and single-year high-quality development evaluation and multi-year high-quality development evaluation based on the time difference.After preliminarily processing the statistical data of relevant indicators in China’s 31 provincial administrative regions in the past 10 years,combined with the subjective and objective combination of indicator weighting methods,the TOPSIS-gray correlation model,the model of dynamic comprehensive evaluation based on dual incentives,and the " The linear weighted model of the concept of "thick the present and thin the past" obtains the data results of corresponding evaluation.Using the improved Boston matrix evaluation model to analyze the data results of evaluation,China can be divided into four types of development regions.By studying the distribution differences of regions the provincial administrative regions in the four types of regions,it is found that the development level of China’s advanced manufacturing industry is generally low.The overall development situation is "strong in the south and weak in the north","strong in the east and weak in the west",and "strong in the coastal areas and weak in the inland",with significant regional differences.Therefore,it is recommended that backward regions adopt a new development strategy of strengthening investment in scientific and technological innovation,actively undertaking industrial transfer from developed provinces,and striving to promote the combination of production,education and research.
