| In order to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is the key.The development of manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has strong potential and important strategic significance.It not only provides solid support for the realization of the Chinese dream,but also provides effective guarantee for the coordinated development of the Beijing-TianjinHebei region.In the context of the strategy of manufacturing power,an accurate understanding of the meaning of high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the Beijing-TianjinHebei region,in-depth exploration of its secrets,give full play to its positive role,will help promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,thus providing important support for the realization of high-quality development of our economy.This paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry as the research object.Based on the statistical data from 2012 to 2021,firstly,it defines the connotation of high-quality development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry,analyzes its development status,and constructs an index system of high-quality development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry.The TOPSIS method based on the improved CRITIC-entropy method is used to comprehensively evaluate the high-quality development level of the Beijing-TianjinHebei manufacturing industry.Secondly,the grey relational degree model is constructed to analyze the key factors influencing the high-quality development scoring index of the manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,which provides the basis for the development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis results,put forward the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing high quality development countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that the high-quality development level of the manufacturing industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is significantly different,and the development trend is not balanced.Based on the above conclusions,in order to promote the highquality development of manufacturing industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the three areas should adapt to local conditions,fully understand and give full play to their respective development advantages,implement policies in different areas,seek countermeasures to promote the coordinated high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and finally promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. |
