With the continuous advancement of my country’s economic and social reforms,my country’s manufacturing enterprises need to continuously improve their own capacity building,improve the job competency of employees of manufacturing enterprises,and the professional skills of employees in manufacturing products,so as to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises..However,due to the differences in social and economic development and industries in my country,different manufacturing enterprises have different competency requirements for employees,and different levels of employees have different competency requirements.For grass-roots employees,it is necessary to continuously strengthen their learning and improve professional skills to be competent for their positions,and in the current context of the times,it has an active role in promoting their jobs and recruiting qualified grass-roots employees.This paper studies the competency recruitment of grass-roots employees of company G,aiming to provide countermeasures for the improvement of the competency of grass-roots employees in my country’s manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the research,summarizes the main research viewpoints of scholars at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and innovations;The competency factor and model were constructed,and the main influencing factors of the competency of the grass-roots employees were collected through the literature collection method and expert interview method,and the competency factors of the grass-roots employees were determined according to the job requirements of the grass-roots employees in the manufacturing industry.A questionnaire survey was carried out on the competency factors of the company’s grass-roots employees,and the management personnel evaluation method was used to evaluate the competency of company G ’s grass-roots employees,and from the evaluation and research,it summarized the competency of its newly recruited grass-roots employees.,including the lack of effective testing of job competency factors in recruitment,unclear information on basic-level job competency factors,poor targeting of competency training for grass-roots employees after recruitment,and in-depth analysis of the problems of low-quality recruitment for long-term incompetence after entry The reason;finally,put forward measures and suggestions for the current problems of company G in recruiting grass-roots employees’ competency.company G ’s recruitment of grass-roots employees should hold a job competency test according to the job content,and list the job qualifications.The online resume information is screened,the salary is improved according to the competency level of the grass-roots employees,the working environment is optimized,and the scope of recruitment is expanded to increase the number of recruitment,aiming to promote the company’s recruitment and improve the quality of recruitment.
