Research On Supplier Evaluation And Selection Of Welding Equipment Manufacturing Project Of Auto Parts Enterprises

With the continuous development of economic globalization and market integration trend,China’s auto parts enterprises are facing an increasingly severe competitive environment.Only by continuously improving the management ability,product development ability and intelligent manufacturing ability,can we maintain sufficient market competitiveness.Welding equipment manufacturing project is an important part of the new product development project of auto parts enterprises,and also the key link of the production line automation and intelligent upgrading of auto parts enterprises.The project is characterized by great technical difficulty,complex process,high quality standard and short delivery cycle.Suppliers usually contract projects in the form of turnkey engineering.The ability level of the supplier plays a crucial role in the success or failure of the project.Due to China’s auto parts industry started late,supplier evaluation and selection process is subjective,extensive,lack of scientific,digital evaluation system,lead to many project development risks such as unstable quality,high cost and so on.How to choose the best supplier has become an important problem facing domestic auto parts enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation system and selection process for welding equipment manufacturing project suppliers has important practical value for auto parts enterprises to improve their management level and maintain good market competitiveness,and also has great theoretical value for the development of the industry.This thesis takes the auto parts enterprise welding equipment manufacturing project supplier as the research object,and summarizes the supply chain management theory,supplier selection and evaluation method through the literature research methods.Combined with the development situation of welding equipment manufacturing projects in Chinese auto parts enterprises in recent years,this thesis puts forward the problems in the supplier evaluation system and selection process,and gives the optimization solutions and countermeasures.In view of the high degree of intelligence,high delivery standard,short delivery cycle,this thesis uses hierarchical analysis method to build a set of scientific and effective supplier evaluation index system,the index system contains 7 first-level indicators and 20 secondary indicators,first-level index is composed of quality,price,technical ability,etc.,secondary index consists of processing ability,project management ability,automation integrated debugging ability,etc.The weight of first-level indicators and second-level indicators in the evaluation system is determined through expert research method,scaling method and hierarchical analysis method,and passed the consistency test.Finally,combined with the case analysis of DT enterprises applying the supplier comprehensive evaluation system in the welding equipment manufacturing projects,it further proves the scientificity,effectiveness and practicability of the evaluation index system of the welding equipment manufacturing suppliers.The research conclusions of this thesis are as follows: Firstly,the comprehensive evaluation of welding equipment manufacturing project suppliers of auto parts enterprises is carried out before the project bidding fixed point,which can avoid the risk of the later project to a greater extent.Secondly,the supplier evaluation index system of welding equipment manufacturing projects of auto parts enterprises constructed by Delphi method,scale method,hierarchical analysis method and qualitative and quantitative combination method is more scientific,objective,reasonable and comprehensive.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of welding equipment manufacturing suppliers of auto parts enterprises constructed in this thesis has been verified by the project practice,and has strong operability and practicability.This thesis builds the auto parts enterprise welding equipment project supplier evaluation index system to make up for the shortage of previous research in this field,help the company to further enhance the supplier management level,for other auto parts enterprises and suppliers to provide certain theoretical and practical reference,provide some help for the development of the automobile industry.
