Research On Competitiveness Evaluation Of Listed Companies In Seed Industry

Seed industry is the foundation of China’s agricultural development,and seed enterprises are the main actors to promote the development of seed industry.Its competitiveness directly affects the overall strength of China’s seed industry.However,China’s seed industry enterprises generally present the characteristics of large number,small scale and weak R&D,the market competition pattern is very scattered,the advantages of some seed industry listed companies with better development conditions have not been brought into full play,and the market share at home and abroad is not high,resulting in the lack of local enterprises with international competitiveness,and the overall development level of the industry is far behind that of developed countries.Based on the above background,this paper takes the competitiveness of Listed Companies in the seed industry as the starting point,comprehensively uses the competitiveness theory and enterprise growth theory,constructs the competitiveness evaluation index system from the perspective of development ability,uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight,uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the competitiveness of Hefei Fengle Seed Industry Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward improvement countermeasures,In order to provide reference for the development of other seed industry enterprises.Finally,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)the competitiveness evaluation index of seed listed companies based on the perspective of development ability should be analyzed around the formation process of competitiveness,including its basic conditions,specific implementation methods and the presentation of the final results.Finally,this paper constructs 8 primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators.Through the calculation of index weight,it is concluded that the order of first-class index weight is: breeding R&D ability,production technology ability,profit performance,growth performance,marketing and promotion ability,enterprise scale,market performance and organization and management ability.(2)The case analysis shows that the comprehensive evaluation value of the competitiveness of Fengle Seed Industry is not high,which is mainly reflected in the lack of R&D investment and the weak ability of breeding R&D.According to the analysis results,this paper puts forward five suggestions: strengthening the construction of talent team,strengthening R&D investment,continuously exploring intelligent production,continuously strengthening brand construction and accelerating the pace of innovative marketing.(3)Based on the case analysis,this paper puts forward six suggestions for the development of seed industry from the national level: accelerating the introduction of relevant policies,focusing on supporting advantageous seed enterprises,actively integrating into the global market,strengthening the intellectual property protection of seed industry,strengthening the construction of disciplines and talents,and increasing the constraints on foreign-funded seed industry.
