Working capital management is an important part of enterprise financial management.The performance of working capital management directly affects the business performance of enterprises.With the complication of domestic and international economic situation and the intensification of competition among enterprises,the drawbacks of working capital management based on a single project have gradually emerged.From the perspective of overall supply chain optimization,and improving the level of working capital management has become a realistic demand for enterprises.In this years,many new retail methods appear with the improvement of residents’ consumption level and the emergence,and food processing enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.Residents have higher requirements for food,and the industry competition is more intense.This is an important developmental challenge,and research on working capital management in the industry is not comprehensive.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of case study and selects a typical enterprise in the food processing industry,Yanker Shop,as the research object,through the analysis of the working capital management of Yanker Shop to provide food processed enterprises with the optimization idea of working capital managementFirstly,this work sorts out the relevant literature,and makes a brief analysis of the current situation of working capital management about food processing industry from the perspective of supply chain.On this basis,this paper takes Yanker Shop as an example to analyze the current situation of Yanker Shop’s working capital management from the perspective of elements and supply chain,and then points out the shortcomings of Yanker Shop’s working capital management,and finally combines supply chain management.And by use of the theory of capital management put forward working capital optimization plan.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In terms of procurement channels,it is more conducive for enterprises to establish a good relationship with suppliers by shortening the payment time of accounts payable,thereby ensuring the quality of raw materials;at the same time,sharing production information with suppliers and implementing a supplier inventory management system can effectively reduce raw materials.in stock.(2)In terms of production channels,improving the construction of information platforms will help enterprises to formulate more reasonable production plans,thereby reducing the inventory of finished products;at the same time,the improvement of product competitiveness can increase product sales and reduce inventory levels.(3)In terms of sales channels,establishing strategic partnerships with customers and strengthening customer relationship management can enhance the bargaining power of enterprises,thereby reducing accounts receivable;in addition,developing an omni-channel sales model can not only increase product sales,but also And it helps to reduce accounts receivable.This work could provide theoretical basis for related research about working capital management from the perspective of supply chain in the food processing industry.
