Research On Working Capital Management Of TCL Group From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

As the blood that enterprises depend on for survival,workin g capital always exists in the production and operation of enterprises an d is also the most important current asset of enterprises.If there are pr oblems such as poor circulation of working capital,it will lead to the scenario of “black” bankruptcy in enterprises.According to the failure c ases of domestic and foreign enterprises,it can be found that profit is the basis of development for enterprises and cash is the basis of surviv al for enterprises.As an important part of corporate financial managem ent,working capital has drawn more and more attention from entrepren eurs.How to improve the safety of working capital,how to reduce the risk of working capital,and how to improve the efficiency of capital operation have become the focus of attention from all sector ms of soc iety.TCL is a group offering intelligent products and Internet applicatio n service.In recent year,the Chinese electrical appliance industry has e xperienced problems such as excessive market competition,which has l ed to the general economic downturn in the industry.Therefore,it is n ecessary for enterprises to take effective measures to improve their man agement of working capital.Taking TCL as the research goal,this pape r analyzes its working capital through literature research method,fuzzycomprehensive analysis method and financial indicator method.In the re search process,this paper first analyzes the research on working capital management of scholars at home and abroad by using literature analys is method,and thus provides sufficient theoretical reference for TCL Gr oup's working capital management research.Secondly,this paper analyz es the financial statements of TCL Group from 2013 to 2017 from the perspectives of working capital management and supply chain manage ment,and explores the problems in the long-term development of the Group.Then by constructing the matrix,calculating the weight and usin g the AHP method,the important factors affecting the working capital management and the existing problems are analyzed for each link.After using financial indicator analysis and fuzzy comprehensive analysis to find out the problem,it designs a set of working capital management methods to meet the company's development needs from the perspective of optimizing management plan and controlling capital risk based on t he characteristics of the electrical industry.Then as per the current wor king capital management situation of the Group,it gives targeted optimi zation suggestions,which provides some reference for other similar ente rprises to improve their working capital management.
