Research On The Working Capital Performance Of Company Jue Wei Food Based On The Supply Chain

Working capital,as the capital with the strongest liquidity and the fastest turnover,is widely used in all aspects of the production and operation of the enterprise,and is the key to maintaining the normal operation of the enterprise.The improvement of residents’ income level and consumption ability has promoted the rapid development of the leisure braised product industry,and the low entry threshold has intensified the competition in the industry.Juewei Foods,as the largest leisure braised product enterprise in my country,cannot meet the needs of enterprise development only by using the traditional factor-based working capital management performance evaluation method.Introducing the supply chain management idea into the working capital management performance evaluation is conducive to discovering The existing problems in working capital management can further improve the performance of enterprise working capital management.This article selects Juewei Food Company as the research object.First,it summarizes the domestic and foreign researches on working capital management,supply chain management,and supply chain-based working capital management through the literature research method.Secondly,it introduces the Juewei Food Company through the case study method.,supply chain overview and the current situation of working capital management.Finally,the comparative analysis method is used to analyze the working capital management performance of Juewei Foods from four parts: procurement,production,marketing and business activities.The data shows that the procurement process of Juewei Foods occupies a lot of working capital,the working capital turnover period is on the rise,and the performance of working capital management in the production and marketing links is good.Therefore,combining the theory of stakeholders,the theory of channel relationship and the theory of supply chain management,the article finds the following problems in the management of working capital of Juewei Food: First,there are too many raw material inventories;second,the turnover period of accounts payable is shortened;third,the increase in accounts receivable The fourth is that the supervision of franchisees is not in place.Based on the above problems in working capital management of Juewei Foods,the article gives the following suggestions: First,properly optimize raw material inventory,including signing cooperation agreements and price lock agreements with suppliers,strengthening information sharing with suppliers,and implementing supplier inventory management The second is to maintain a good cooperative relationship with suppliers to achieve a win-win situation;the third is to improve the management level of accounts receivable;the fourth is to strengthen the supervision of franchisees and protect the corporate image.The contribution of this article is mainly to combine theory with practice,analyze the problems of working capital management of Juewei Food Company from the perspective of supply chain,and clarify that the case study of working capital management from the perspective of supply chain has certain practicability.Recommendations can also be given to peer companies for some reference.
