| In recent years,China’s catering industry has developed rapidly and overall,the catering market scale has been continually expanding.However,the catering enterprises are facing a complex and changeable environment currently,and the overall development level and quality of the catering industry are not high,and the overall development level and quality of the catering industry are not high.Many catering enterprises also suffer serious losses or even close down due to the lack of effective strategic planning.At the same time,the catering industry,which has a long history,is still full of vitality and has huge potential after the big test of the epidemic.Especially under the transformation strategy from national economic to high-quality economic development,how to formulate a clear strategic plan for catering chain enterprises in a complex environment has also become the concern of many scholars.This paper selects a catering company(the following article is referred to as Company A),which is mainly engaged in Snail rice noodles catering,as the research object.Comprehensively uses PEST analysis method,Porter’ s five forces model,internal resources and ability analysis,and other tools and methods to analyze a company from the macro,meso,and micro perspectives.Meanwhile,uses SWOT analysis,QSPM matrix,and other enterprise’s strategic analysis and decision-making methods,combined with the actual situation of company A,further to select the development strategy for this company,and eventually formulated safeguard measures to ensure the company effective implementation of the strategy.Through this study and research,catering company A has relatively large opportunities and advantages,and can effectively deal with risks and disadvantages.Therefore,catering company A should give priority to the centralized growth strategy,make good use of the advantages of efficient supply chain management ability and a high degree of standardization,seize the industry opportunities and policy opportunities,continue to expand stores,and improve market share to form a larger scale advantage.At the same time,take the relevant diversification strategy as a supplement to the centralized growth strategy for coordinated development. |
