| Bio-medicine,as a field full of scientific and technological connotation and broad prospects,has become one of the center of economic strategies of various countries in the world.The research object of this paper is Y Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.(“Y company” for short),a representative enterprise in the local bio-medical field,how to formulate a scientific and effective strategy for Y company under the background of increasingly stringent medical policies is an urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper combed the research on strategic management and other related,then around Y company macro,industry and competitive environment to carry on the system analysis,it is concluded that the the main external opportunity are tremendous global medical market potential,drug demand expansion,domestic economic situation improved steadily,industry competition environment optimization,additional income increased of original drug and patent medicine;however,external threats may hinder the development of Y company,such as the fact that the regulatory concept of the domestic pharmaceutical industry is in line with international standards,the consistency evaluation of generic drugs increases the company’s operating costs,the strong scientific research capacity of foreign pharmaceutical enterprises and the increasingly high requirements for environmental protection from all sectors of society.Therefore,the EFE matrix evaluation is carried out on the above external key factors.The evaluation results indicate that Y company should seize the opportunity to further expand its scale and improve its economic benefits in the future.At the same time,the company’s resources and capabilities are analyzed,and it is concluded that Y company has the advantages of profound historical and technological accumulation,good reputation in the industry,high production capacity and product yield,perfect quality management system and environmental security measures.The main disadvantages of the company include low conversion rate of R&D result,low education level of employees,scattered products and lack of indigenous logistics system in Africa.The IFE matrix evaluation of the above internal key factors indicates that the company should make preparations as soon as possible in the future development,make full use of the advantages to make up for the disadvantages,and make Y company to develop toward the direction of overall,rapid and stable.Based on the above analysis,by using SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix analysis,concluded that Y company should choose the intensive growth strategy,determine the cost-leading strategy as the best business strategy,and match the functional strategies such as research and development strategy.Finally,put forward the strategy implementation safeguard measures,namely perfect the internal organizational structure,set up the correct strategic management concept,strengthen the construction of talent team,upgrade and optimize the information management system,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s strategy.This paper studies the overall strategy,business strategy and functional strategy of Y Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,which can provide reference suggestions for the company’s strategy formulation.At the same time,it provides reference for the development of domestic bio-medical enterprises. |
