Due to the continuous expansion of the new energy auto market in recent years,the quality of new energy industry products is uneven.By helping the new energy automotive industry’s healthy and sustainable development,creating innovative environmental protection concepts for consumers,China has consistently implemented appropriate policies to promote the rapid development of the new automobile industry while maintaining healthy competition and sustainability.However,with the continuous increase of the output of new energy vehicles,the lack of cooperative innovation consciousness within the supply chain leads to breakthrough innovation becoming a common problem for the supply chain of new energy vehicles.Therefore,the upstream and downstream enterprises of new energy vehicles have to consider whether joint technological innovation is the optimal strategy of each decision-making unit.Looking at the development trajectory of new energy vehicles,the development of the supply chain of new energy vehicles mostly comes from the development of new energy batteries,and battery technology innovation has become the primary problem in the competitive environment of battery suppliers.In a competitive environment,battery suppliers and downstream vehicle manufacturers need to consider whether investing in innovation and R&D costs is always the optimal business strategy.Therefore,in light of the above concerns,this paper looks at the supply chain of new energy vehicles.Based on game theory,collaborative innovation theory and production and operation decision-making theory.This document examines a strategy for cooperation and competition in the new energy vehicle chain in terms of improving the quality of innovation in new energy vehicles and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the supply chain for new energy vehicles.From the perspective of supply chain decision-making,this paper studies the decisionmaking of new energy supply chain composed of new energy battery suppliers and vehicle manufacturers at different stages of government subsidies.Consider the joint innovation of upstream and downstream of a single supply chain and the innovation choice of competitive supply chain for new energy vehicles in a non-competitive environment.This paper studies the decision results of each supply chain node unit under the intersection of various preconditions and decision models,compares the optimal decisions under the same subsidy mode,different innovation choices,the same innovation choices and different subsidy forms by using the method of control variables,and obtains the optimal solution strategy in line with the current environment.At the same time,it analyzes the influence of government innovation R&D subsidies,market sensitivity to innovation quality investment and the degree of competition on supply chain decision-making,and discusses the specific influence of different factors.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In a non-competitive state,the combined innovation behavior of government and supply chain subsidies is not always effective in terms of increasing investment in innovation in supply chain for new energy vehicles.For government departments,once the government subsidy coefficient is small and when the market is insensitive to new energy products,all parties have difficulty making up for the huge innovation cost investment in the previous period,causing government subsidies to fail,and when the government subsidies are too high,resource waste,their subsidies will also be greatly reduced.Therefore,government departments need to design corresponding government subsidies according to different levels of changes in the development of innovative incentives,and improve the coordination of government subsidies.For the downstream enterprises on the supply chain,the new energy vehicle supply chain selection bilateral innovation research and development investment is better than the decision results of unilateral innovation quality investment.Promoting the development of collaborative innovation is a single new energy supply chain to eliminate technical barriers and realize the leading excellent decisions in the industry.(2)In the competitive environment,government subsidies have a limited impact on the decision-making of enterprises in the market.For government departments,it is important to maintain a certain degree of government subsidies.Diversified innovation incentives are more important to stimulate the innovation enthusiasm of new energy enterprises and promote the transformation of market innovation quality.For new energy enterprises in a competitive environment,the higher the sensitivity of market innovation,the joint innovation quality investment of competing battery suppliers is the best choice to expand the market and obtain transformation benefits.However,competitive suppliers are also faced with the cruelty of market differentiated competition.When the market continues to develop to a more competitive state,new energy battery suppliers continue to aim at more energy-saving and environmental friendly innovative R&D.At the same time,the advantages of innovative R&D investment will be reduced,resulting in the weakening of marginal utility.Therefore,enterprises need to analyze the differentiated needs of the market from different directions.Analyze the needs of the market for innovative products from a more dimensional perspective to improve the market share brought by differentiation.
