| Automatic driving has become a hot spot and trend in the current development of the automotive industry,occupying a vital position in the construction of intelligent transportation.Although the automatic driving starts late in China,it presents a strong development force under the continuous improvement of technology and industrial system.Various documents have been successively issued to facilitate the development of automatic driving and help it further seize the development opportunities in the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry.The automatic driving system is the technical core of automatic driving,and its development orientation directly affects the development of automatic driving.Hence,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out an in-depth study on how to strengthen the market competition of enterprises in automatic driving system.In this paper,literature research method,comparative research method,and case analysis method are employed comprehensively and strategic management theory is used properly to explore the development strategy of DN Automatic Driving System Company.Firstly,the PEST Analysis Model and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model are utilized to study the external environment of the industry,and the existing development opportunities and threats.Secondly,the internal environment of the company is analyzed from the perspectives of organizational environment and company company capabilities to study its current advantages and disadvantages.Furthermore,the SWOT analysis matrix is established to comprehensively analyze its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of its current situation is conducted to select the appropriate development strategy and competitive strategy.Meanwhile,the corresponding strategy implementation measures and safeguard measures are put forward.Through research,this paper suggests that Company DN should continuously adjust its strategic decisions in the development process according to the different internal and external environmental characteristics in each period.Based on the mission and vision of Company DN,it should reasonably divide the short-term,medium-term and long-term strategic development stages and make the corresponding strategic objectives.In the short-term stage,it should adopt the WO strategy to make up for its disadvantages as soon as possible.In the medium-term and long-term stages,it should adopt the SO strategy and rely on technological innovation to strengthen its market competitiveness.In the meantime,according to the dynamic competition,Company DN should adopt the focus strategy in the short-term stage,adopt the differentiation strategy in the medium-term and long-term stages.This paper suggests that Company DN should formulate reasonable strategic safeguard measures to facilitate its realization of short-term,medium-term and long-term development strategies by perfecting the organizational structure,strengthening the allocation of human resources,cultivating corporate culture,improving technical support,and carrying out market research,so as to continuously boost its market competitiveness. |
