As the adjust and reform ofour country’s industry constructure continuing deepening, automatic equipmentgets more widely used in modern corporation, our country’s automaticequipment gets great development opportunity.Harbin boshi automation Co.,Ltd is the most earlier participant of automat icpacking and palletizing. The equipment was mostly applied to petrochemicalafter-treatment area, automatically packaging and palletizing material. Aftermany year’s development、 modern enterprise system reform, Boshi Co.,Ltdsuccessfully landed on Shenzhen SME board. But from2011, China has strictapproval on the project in huge petroleum and chemical industry and BoshiCo.,Ltd hasn’t used the raised fund efficiently, our company’s sales volume issliding and net profit is down which we have never has. So,the purpose of thedissertation is synthesizing comprehensively the company’s exterior environmentand interior resourses, establishing suitable development strategy and then leadthe company to sustainable and healthy development.This dissertation is based on enterprise development strategy and Boshi Co.,Ltd status, applying PEST analysis and Potter five forces model to analyze thecompany’s exterior macroscopic environment、industry environment and interiorresources.On the base of this,applying SWOT analysis method to analyze thesocial、environment、culture environment、industry company status and interiorresourses of Boshi Co.,Ltd. From a healthy and sustainable point of view,Boshi Co.,Ltd has established its development objective and correspondingdevelopment strategy. In the end, according to the principle of strategyimplement, establishing guarantee measures accordingly for the Boshi co.,Ltd.
