| Liupao tea is an important characteristic industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.With the strong support of governments and relevant departments,Liupao tea industry achieved leap-forward development after long-term unremitting efforts,and the public brand value ranks first in Guangxi.The research object of this dissertation is Guangxi MC Liupao tea company(hereinafter referred to as "MC company"),which is a leading agricultural and industrial enterprise in Guangxi and plays an important role in promoting the development of Guangxi Liupao tea industry and local economy.In the process of rapid development,MC company is also facing the fierce market competition environment in the industry.MC company must according to its own development situation,study the future development strategy deeply,adjust and implement it timely and effectively,improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,so as to seize the development opportunity and stand out from the competition.This dissertation uses a variety of analysis tools to comprehensively analyze the macro environment faced by MC company,and fully understand the development status and trend,market structure,capacity and the basic competitive situation of Liupao tea industry.Then through the MC company’s resources and ability of in-depth research,using the value chain analysis method to assess MC company’s competitiveness preliminary,the analysis of internal and external environment will be combined to discuss the environmental factors that influence the development of MC enterprises and build an internal and external factor analysis matrix to carry out qualitative analysis.The results show that the internal development status of MC company has more advantages than disadvantages,and is in a favorable external environment.Mc company needs to formulate their own development strategy plan,in order to complete the company’s sustainable operation and development trend.Then,through the SWOT matrix,this dissertation summarizes the alternatives of the overall strategy and competitive strategy of MC company,use QSPM statistical analysis method to analyze the selected plan,comprehensive MC enterprise’s management concept,enterprise vision and strategic target,the intensive growth strategy is the best overall development strategy of MC enterprise,differentiated strategy is in line with the MC company competitive strategy.In the process of implementing the overall strategy in the future,we should make greater efforts to penetrate the original market,expand new business,open up new markets,and develop products that meet the needs of customers by taking advantage of the ability to provide high-quality products and the leading scientific and technological level in the industry;In the choice of competitive strategy,MC company needs to be guided by differentiated competitive strategy and strive to realize the differentiation of products and services.Finally,combined with the strategic planning of MC company,formulate targeted safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.Through a series of methods and measures,this dissertation formulates the development strategy in line with MC company.On the one hand,it has practical application value in promoting MC company to improve management,innovate the company’s business operation model,improve the competitiveness of the company,and complete the concept of sustainable development;on the other hand,the scientific research results in this dissertation have practical reference for companies of the same type which encounter the same dilemma. |
