In recent years,Liupao tea market has developed rapidly and its prospect is limitless.Many large and medium-sized Liupao tea production enterprises have advantages in production scale and quality,but they are weak in product marketing,market expansion and brand influence,which results in slow profit growth and limited development speed.Nowadays,a large amount of money is continuously entering into the Liupao tea industry to compete at low prices,resulting in fierce competition in the low-end market of Liupao tea products,but there is a lack of in-depth product development in the high-end product market.Only by studying the largest market share as far as possible and become the leader in Liupao tea industry.Guangxi Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.is a private enterprise which integrates planting,production and sales.The company was established in 2012 to produce Liupao tea products.The tea is suitable for the needs of various consumer groups,and the product quality is good and has won many awards.However,due to some problems in product marketing,the development of the company has entered a bottleneck.This paper takes Liupao Tea of Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Based on the market analysis and target segmentation of Liupao Tea products,it tries to study the marketing strategy of Liupao Tea which is suitable for Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.This paper mainly studies the marketing strategy of Liupao Tea in Guangxi Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.from five parts.The first part is the introduction.First of all,it explains the research background,purpose and significance,introduces the related theories and research status,explains the content of this study,and points out the research methods and innovative points.The second part,Guangxi Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.Liupao tea product marketing mix status and problems,first of all,Guangxi Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.brief introduction,then introduce Guangxi Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.Liupao teamarketing strategy status,and pointed out that Guangxi Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.Liupao tea product marketing process problems.The third part is the analysis of marketing environment of Liupao tea in Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.of Guangxi.Through Liupao tea industry in Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.of Guangxi is carried out,and the SWOT analysis of Liupao tea product in Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.is carried out.The fourth part is the formulation of marketing strategy of Liupao Tea in Guangxi Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.According to the target market and market positioning analysis of Guangxi Guangwu Tea Industry Co.,Ltd.,the marketing strategy of the company is worked out.The fifth part,From points of organiziation and human sources and enterprise's culture safeguard to make safeguard measures of marketing strategy in Guangxi Guangwu Tea Co.,Ltd.
