| The national 14 th Five-year Plan and the Outline of "Healthy China 2030" plan have both highlighted the strategic planning of comprehensively promoting healthy China and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the medical device industry.Under the policy of "two-ticket system" and "centralized procurement" successively issued by various provinces and regions,the medical device industry has ushered in a significant development opportunity.In 2020,we have encountered a once-in-a-millennium COVID-19 pandemic,and the economic structure and drivers of economic development have undergone major changes.Under multiple background,the development of medical device industry will also change.The WS Company where the author works is a leading enterprise of oxygen consumables,but it belongs to a small and medium-sized enterprise in the medical device industry.In recent years,The efficiency of WS company has been slow to break through,the speed of new product research and development is obviously inferior to that of outstanding enterprises in the industry,and the brain drain is serious.This is a critical issue for WS company.This paper takes WS Company as the research object,uses PEST theory,Porter’s Five Forces model,external and internal evaluation matrix analysis method to analyze the industry competition,external macro environment and internal resource capacity,and summarizes the external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise.It rebuilt the growth development strategy for WS Company.On the basis of clarifying the overall strategy,it clarified the competitive strategy that the enterprise should choose the differentiated route and formulated the corresponding functional strategy for it.Finally,this paper proposes the main measures for the development strategy of WS Company,including seizing the opportunity of "collective procurement" and expanding the production scale.Adhere to the concept of "micro innovation",set up technical barriers.Four major measures to sell foreign high-quality consumables and increase product categories for online sales.On the basis of this,some measures are put forward,such as optimizing organizational structure,matching internal and external resources,cultivating innovative cultural environment,strengthening talent team construction and strengthening channel marketing management.This study not only has a certain guiding significance for WS Company,but also has a certain enlightening effect on the same type and scale of medical device enterprises. |
