| In this paper,I would like to have a brief introduction on Chinese medical device industrial market,which is by the view of the overall understanding of this market.The entire introduction is based on my actual work experience at A company.I have learned the very useful research method during my MBA related course,such as the PEST,five-force analysis model and SWOT analysis method.By means of these research methods,I tried to analysis A company’s situation on the aspects of the macro-external competitive environment,internal competition environment and the opportunities and threats.I discoved some weak problems on A company’s marketing competitive situation.By further study,I tried to propose a competitive strategy proposal.According to this proposal,I also tried to give some detailed implement ideas.Hope this paper’s output is valuable,and could be helpful to reduce the A company’s pressure of market competition. |
