An Empirical Study Of Multi-team Trust,multi-team Implicit Collaboration And Enterprise Safety Performance In High-end Manufacturing Emergencies

The status of manufacturing in the country’s economic development is unshakable,with the rapid renewal of science and technology,the country attaches more and more importance to the technological innovation and development direction of the manufacturing industry.However,due to the more sophisticated and complex instrumentation involved in the machinery manufacturing industry,it is likely that personal or property damage will occur in the event of a safety accident.However,in the past,the study of safety performance was mainly concentrated in coal mines,construction and other accident-prone industries,and there were fewer studies on the manufacturing industry,but this paper realized that improving the safety performance in the machinery manufacturing industry has been a part of enterprise management that cannot be ignored,and at the same time,modern enterprises are constantly advocating the strength of the team,so it is a wise choice to improve the safety performance of enterprises from the enterprise work team.Multi-team research is a new research direction in enterprise management,and in recent years,more and more people have noticed the advantages of multi-team theory,so this paper proposes a new theory of the relationship between multi-team trust,multi-team implicit collaboration and enterprise safety performance in the context of emergencies in the machinery manufacturing industry.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign literature on multi-team,trust,collaboration,task interdependence and safety performance,and the relationship between several,and most of the articles show that there is a relationship between trust,collaboration and performance,and construct a research model based on the relationship between variables and correlation theory.Secondly,an exploratory case study was used to explore collaboration in machinery manufacturing emergencies,and the results showed that multi-team implicit collaboration can be more effective in responding to emergencies,and the model was preliminarily verified.Finally,the relationship between multi-team trust,multi-team implicit collaboration,task interdependence,and security performance was empirically tested by a variety of software,and the test results were discussed.This paper mainly obtains the following results:(1)multi-team trust has a significant positive effect on enterprise safety performance in the machinery manufacturing industry;(2)multi-team trust has a significant positive effect on multi-team implicit collaboration in the machinery manufacturing industry;(3)multi-team implicit collaboration has a significant positive effect on enterprise safety performance in the machinery manufacturing industry;(4)in the machinery manufacturing industry,multi-team implicit collaboration has a significant intermediary role between multi-team trust and enterprise safety performance.Based on the research results,it provides management insights for enterprises and improves their security performance.
