Homestay Design In Matou Villagers,jing County From The Perspective Of Rural Tourism

Since entering the 21 st century,With China’s accession to the WTO,The economy ranks second in the world,The living standards of the Chinese people have also been greatly improved,’People’s living standards have been improved,’ Travel has become the first choice during the holidays,On the choice of tourist destinations,The freshness,experience and ecology of rural tourism have obvious advantages with urban tourism destinations,So rural travel is bound to become an increasingly important travel destination;In contrast to it,Home stay is an indispensable element of rural tourism,It represents the accessible local culture and historical context experienced in rural tourism,It is also different from the hotel,You can live in the place nearest to the tourist destination to better experience the local culture and customs.Through sorting out and studying the development history of home stay,this paper found that the home stay in Europe,America and Japan in rural travel has significant characteristics and first-mover advantages.In the 19 th century,Europe and the United States have started the practice and research on rural tourism,and the development of rural homestay in Japan is earlier than China.It focuses on creating a sense of experience in B & B,from simple tourism to the combination of sightseeing,experience and deep cultural interaction.Various forms of rural tourism are booming.In the past 20 years,China’s urbanization speed has been further accelerated,and the proportion of urban population has increased rapidly.Facing the urban cement forest and increasingly congested traffic,the attraction of rural areas to people has gradually increased,and the significance as a tourist destination has been highlighted.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter of the introduction,respectively elaborated the research background,research purpose and significance,the domestic and foreign research status and research methods,sorting out the basic ideas of the topic.The second chapter is based on the comprehensive judgment of objective social factors such as the current policy background of rural development,the idle rural housing,the increasing demand for urban tourism and the rise of experiential consumption,there are great opportunities for the development of rural B & B,and the design of B & B also has a good prospect.The third chapter through the analysis of domestic excellent famous home stay building,such as Zhejiang mogan phoenix,kunshan elephant garden and Guangxi Guilin Yun Lu,find the excellent design rules and characteristics of home stay,in the horse head villagers dormitory design for reference and learning,make it into high quality traditional residential style of home stay facility,become an important element to attract tourists to horse head village travel.The fourth chapter for the design practice,in the perspective south of Anhui culture,through the field research of Jingxian county Matou village,understand the village building status and the characteristics of traditional dwellings,based on mastering the premise of the history and culture and the present building situation,the local residential culture elements induction and analysis,put forward the corresponding home stay facility design principle,concept and strategy.In the design practice,the advantages of the project of reference cases,combined with the different characteristics and needs of architecture,landscape and interior in various aspects,to create a complete experiential overall environment of B & B,and integrated with the overall environment of Matou Village.The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of this paper.The home stay facility design strive to have the characteristics of the south of Anhui culture,after the early stage of cultural mining,field research and excellent case analysis,in the Matou village practice and design the traditional residential style of home stay building,summarizes the key points of the traditional home stay design,design principles,design concept and design strategy,formed a certain design methodology,to the later culture design provide reference.
