Study On The Development Of A Pastoral Complex In Wuhan City

With the upgrading of tourism consumption structure in China,rural tourism has developed from a 1.0 mode of single experience to a multi-dimensional experience 4.0 model with comprehensive functions,which takes the rural complex as the carrier.The construction of pastoral complex is a new measure put forward in the new stage of rural development,which can effectively promote the deep integration of primary,secondary and service industries,and make the traditional agriculture and agricultural products with single function become the carriers of modern leisure products,which is the mainstream development direction of the future agricultural industrial chain integration and value chain.In this paper,the problems existing in the development of Wuhan A Pastoral complex is studied,and it's to find out the reasons by means of on-the-spot investigation,peasant household interviews,consulting staff and consulting documents,etc,so that the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for promoting its healthy development are put forward.This article first combs the present situation in recent years on the pastoral complex at home and abroad,the related theory,has defined the related concept,and has carried on the discrimination to the similar concept.In addition,this paper mainly analyzes the current development situation of Wuhan A pastoral complex,summarizes its project background,project value,project planning orientation.On this basis,combined with the current situation of production and management,it is pointed out that there are some defects in the organization structure model of Wuhan A pastoral complex,the link of the industrial chain is not close,the construction mode is relatively single,and the business model is not clear and other questions.Based on the experience of successful cases in other regions and the actual situation of the project,this paper not only makes an analysis of the causes of the problems,but also puts forward a new organizational structure model and an industrial system and adopts the business model canvas analysis method to draw its business model canvas.At the end of the paper,it's from the four aspects,such as operation framework,marketing model,planning and design,business model to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the problem.The possible innovation of the paper is to sum up some methods to solve the problems of the development of pastoral complex.If it's asked to take the market as the leading factor,do a good job in the early market research and draw the canvas of the business model;and highlight the farmers' main body,it's to enhance the farmers' sense of participation on the building of the organizational structure model;and there should be the Internet thinking,leading "the Internet" thought to the comprehensive management,opening up the sales channels of products online;to carry on the top-level design,there is necessary to be based on the rural characteristic and carry on the innovation in the pastoral experience.
