Research On Countermeasures For The Development Of Pastoral Complex In Dongbao District Based On Tourists’ Tourism Needs

With the development and progress of China’s rural economy,rural development has entered the transition period between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and the development of agricultural rural areas has ushered in new historical opportunities and challenges.As early as 2017,the central government put forward the policy innovation plan of the pastoral complex in combination with the actual situation of the countryside,and in the past few years,the pastoral complex has provided a new idea for the development of China’s agriculture and rural areas.The pastoral complex is the product of the deeper performance of the agricultural complex,and it is a sustainable model to promote the integration of agriculture and rural three industries.Among the various industries in the pastoral complex,tourism industry is undoubtedly one of the most prominent characteristics and advantages of the pastoral complex,especially after the epidemic,local governments are also vigorously promoting the recovery of the local tourism industry.How to give full play to the advantages of pastoral complex in the context of high-quality regional economic development is a problem worth thinking about.In this regard,this paper takes the pastoral complex of Dongbao District as the research object and analyzes the development of the pastoral complex from the perspective of tourists.Only by focusing on the tourism needs of tourists can the market needs be more effectively understood,so as to give full play to the advantages of the pastoral complex and promote its sustainable development.Starting from the tourism demand of tourists in the pastoral complex of Dongbao District,this paper puts forward relevant theoretical hypotheses by collating and analyzing literatures,and builds a model of influencing factors of the tourism demand of the pastoral complex of Dongbao District.Three factors of individual characteristics of tourists in the pastoral complex,unique characteristics of the pastoral complex and characteristics of the tourism environment are selected,and the data collected by questionnaires and interviews are used as support.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the influence of each variable on the tourism intention of the pastoral complex,and deeply analyzes the influencing factors of the tourism development of the pastoral complex in Dongbao District.Based on the analysis results,combined with the data obtained from interviews and questionnaires,the author comprehensively analyzes the corresponding conclusions,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the pastoral complex in Dongbao District.Through analysis and research,this paper draws the following conclusions: 1.The development of the pastoral complex in Dongbao District has a solid foundation,including transportation,resources,culture and mass foundation.2.Tourists prefer rural activities such as farming experience.3.Individual factors have a low impact on the intention to travel in pastoral complex.Besides age and place of residence,individual characteristics such as gender,education level,occupation and income have no significant impact on the intention to travel in pastoral complex.4.The uniqueness of the garden complex and the tourism environment have a significant impact on tourists’ willingness to travel to the garden complex.Based on the analysis results and the data collected through interviews and questionnaires,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.For the government,to strengthen government guidance and policy guarantee,the government should issue more policies related to the pastoral complex,provide financial guarantee,rationally plan and strengthen infrastructure construction,comply with market demand,and increase publicity of the pastoral complex.2.In terms of construction,it is necessary to carry out cultural empowerment,build characteristic tourism brands,stimulate the innovation potential of Dongbao culture + tourism model,combine tourism activities with the traditional rural culture of Dongbao District,and increase the richness and sense of experience of rural complex tourism activities.3,talents and services: to strengthen the introduction of talents,improve the quality of service,increase the attraction and cultivation of relevant talents,encourage farmers to return to their hometown,standardize the service system,establish training mechanisms and reward and punishment mechanisms.
