| As a sheet metal manufacturing company,HK company has nearly half of its technical employees.However,the company’s technical employees have relatively significant job burnout.Therefore,it is very important to study the causes of job burnout among technical employees in HK companies and to put forward corresponding countermeasures.In this thesis,the technical staff of HK company as the research object,drawing on domestic and foreign research results,related concept theory,and scale tools,to determine the content and method of this study,the causes of job burnout of technical staff of HK company and mitigation countermeasures.Specifically,this thesis conducted a questionnaire survey on 122 technical employees of HK Company through questionnaire survey,and finally recovered 155 valid questionnaires.Firstly,SPSS software is used to conduct reliability analysis and validity analysis on the questionnaire data to verify the reliability and effectiveness of the questionnaire,and descriptive statistical analysis is used to describe all the data of the survey.Secondly,on the one hand,this thesis uses variance analysis to analyze the differences of individual factors in different dimensions of job burnout.On the other hand,it uses correlation analysis to analyze the correlation between work factors and organizational factors and various dimensions of job burnout,and scientifically analyzes the causes of job burnout of technical employees in HK Company from three levels individuals,work,and organization.Finally,according to the actual situation of HK company technical staff burnout,from the individual,work,organization three aspects put forward effective countermeasures to alleviate burnout.This thesis takes the technical employees of HK Company as the research object,which has a certain positive effect on enriching the research content of job burnout.At the same time,this thesis puts forward targeted countermeasures for HK company,which can alleviate the job burnout of technical employees of HK company to a certain extent,improve work efficiency and promote the long-term healthy development of the company. |
