The Outline of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" has made a clear plan for China’s future digital transformation and the construction of a digital economy.In the future,China should vigorously promote the construction of a powerful network country,accelerate the construction of a digital economy,a digital society,and a digital government,and drive the transformation of production methods,lifestyles,and governance methods with digital transformation as a whole.The "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" for the Development of Digital Economy also clearly points out that by 2025,China’s digital economy will enter a comprehensive expansion period,and the added value of the core industry of the digital economy will account for 10% of GDP.As the builder of digital infrastructure,the communication industry has become a strong pillar for the country to implement the strategy of strengthening the country through network,manufacturing and building a digital China.The "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" for the Development of the Information and Communication Industry clearly puts forward that by 2025,China’s information and communication industry revenue will reach the target of 4.3 trillion yuan,and the accumulated investment in information and communication infrastructure will reach 3.7trillion yuan.With the introduction of policies on the construction of digital infrastructure,the market potential of the communication industry will be further released.As a technology-labor-intensive industry,professional and technical personnel are an important basis for the development of the industry.However,the competition in the communication industry is fierce,professional and technical personnel are generally young,and the wolf culture are prevalent in the industry.Small and medium-sized enterprises pay more attention to the improvement of employees’ professional skills while ignore the issue of employee job burnout,which leads to the decline of employees’ enthusiasm for work,hidden absence,physical and mental health damage,and lower performance output,Ultimately,the cost of talent management will increase and the core competitiveness will decline.Therefore,it is particularly important for enterprises to reduce the cost of talent management and improve the competitiveness of enterprises to deeply study the situation and causes of job burnout of technical staff at the grass-roots level in communication enterprises.Based on the existing theoretical results,this paper conducts an empirical study on the job burnout of the grass-roots communication technology employees of F Company by means of questionnaires and interviews,analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of job burnout of the grass-roots communication technology employees of F Company,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.On the one hand,this study can provide practical guidance for F Company to solve the problem of job burnout management of grass-roots communication technology employees,on the other hand,it can enrich the theoretical concept and logical framework of job burnout of grass-roots technical employees in the information and communication industry,and provide important reference for relevant industries to deal with the problem of job burnout of employees.
