| Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of small and micro enterprises in China,from the beginning of small-scale development now has become an important part of the socialist market,small and micro enterprises is an important force to promote the development of national economy.Small micro enterprise will be conducive to the development of market economy,promote the development of productive forces,to strengthen national strength,to improve people’s living standard,small and micro enterprise also bear the important mission of technology innovation,adapt to the primary stage of socialism and multi-level imbalance between productivity development,accord with the requirement of the socialist essence.During the period of rapid development of small and micro enterprises,the state has successively introduced some preferential policies such as tax exemption and tax exemption to encourage the development of small and micro enterprises due to their large capital demand and financing difficulties.Moreover,the state also has many supportive policies for small and micro enterprises with high-tech development.In this case,the development of small micro enterprise is in a rising trend,but most companies still face management and personnel problems,these problems are caused by the enterprises set up time and the reason for the enterprise itself,especially in quality management,most of the small micro enterprise does not have perfect quality management system,establish and ignore it.However,enterprise quality is the foundation of the establishment of an enterprise,the establishment of a good quality management system can make the company run more smoothly,reduce the cost of the enterprise,improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and more conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise.H Company is a small and micro manufacturing enterprise established in 2013.Although it has been established for a long time,it still lacks talents reserve,especially high-level managerial talents.Since its establishment,the company has always adopted the management method in the initial stage of factory construction in terms of quality management.Raw materials from entering the factory to production and finished products are inspected and recorded by the production personnel,without strict raw material inspection process and standard.Production personnel do not have strict responsibility division,management is more chaotic.Some management systems of the company are not perfect,and quality problems can not be traced in the production process,which has a great impact on the company’s quality improvement in a long time.Based on the analysis of quality management related problems in H Company,this thesis finds that the main problems of H Company are the cognition of company personnel,the lack of management system documents and the inadequate supervision of production process.This thesis refers to the method of total quality management,mainly using process method and "PDCA" to optimize the management of the whole production process,clear the job responsibilities of personnel,so that the whole production process to achieve standardized operation and real-time monitoring of production quality,product quality assurance. |
