Research On The Paid Withdrawal Of Homesteads In Weizhuang Street, Changyuan Cit

With the deepening of China’s industrialization and urbanization,the phenomenon of rural labor transfer is becoming more and more obvious,and there is further quantity of idle homestead.With the rapid development of cities and towns,the demand for rural construction land is rising rapidly.The demand for demolition of homestead is imperative.Guiding the homestead circulation to ensure the demand for urban and rural land is an important part of Rural Revitalization.By studying a lot of literature,the author has mastered the basic theory.This paper adopts the methods of literature reading and investigation to investigate into the homestead circulation of Fuzhai village,Weizhuang street,Changyuan,Henan Province.This paper studies the outstanding contribution and new ideas made by Changyuan on the paid withdrawal of rural homestead.Through the investigation of residents in the village,this paper analyzes the current situation of local villagers’ homestead and their willingness of homestead exit.The study found that most farmers have relatively low willingness to withdraw from their homestead.They are ignorant of the policy of homestead withdrawal and worry about the discomfort of urban life.Farmers who have purchased commercial houses are more willing to demolish,but they also hope to get more compensation.Through investigation and analysis,the author found that the main obstacles encountered in the withdrawal of homestead in Changyuan are as follows: the intention of demolition is polarized,the compensation method of homestead withdrawal is single,the distribution of benefits is uneven,the urban life is not guaranteed,and the farmers are unwilling to take risks.The existence of these factors reduces the enthusiasm of farmers to quit the homestead.The farmers who have quit the homestead are not satisfied with the living situation,which also affects the follow-up process of homestead withdrawal.Based on these existing problems,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problem of paid homestead withdrawal.The suggestions mainly including the following points: promote diversification of compensation methods for homestead withdrawal,set up special funds for homestead withdrawal,promote reform of property rights system,improve social security system,prevent the life risks of farmers life risks.
