Under the background of rural revitalization,the integration of rural tertiary industry and paid withdrawal of rural homestead have the same goal and same subject,which is of great significance to promote the increase of farmers’ income.However,the phenomenon of "hollowing out" and "one house with multiple households" is serious in China’s rural areas,and the industrialization degree of agricultural production is not high.The problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is one of the shortcomings of China’s comprehensive construction of a well-off society and the realization of modernization.Therefore,in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,it plays an important role in the realization of rural revitalization to explore the synergy mechanism between the integration of rural industries and the paid withdrawal of rural homestead,promote the coordinated development of the two,and drive farmers to increase their income and get rich.In rural guizhou province changshun tertiary industry integration and the coordinated development of rural housing land paid out as the research object,firstly,the mechanism of synergy,on the one hand,both exist together to promote logic,namely rural tertiary industry fusion pull paid out of house-site in the countryside,the rural homestead paid out to promote the rural tertiary industry integration development;On the other hand,their development goals are the same as those of the participants.Then,based on the 2018-2020 national Economic and social Development report of Changshun County,Guizhou Province,the report on the demolition and restoration of old houses,and the data sorted out by questionnaire survey,the combination weighting method,set coupling-coefficient and coupling coordination model are used to calculate the coordination degree between the integration of rural tertiary industries and the paid withdrawal of rural homestead in Changshun County,Guizhou Province.Analysis of the synergistic development level of changshun County in Guizhou Province.The results show that: from the perspective of time dimension,the coupling coordination degree of rural tertiary industry integration and rural homestead withdrawal in 7townships in Changshun County will gradually improve in 2018-2020.From the perspective of spatial change,the coupling coordination degree between the integration of rural tertiary industries and paid withdrawal of rural homestead in Northern Guangdong is good,all of which are above the type of preliminary coordination.The coupling coordination degree between the integration of rural tertiary industries and paid withdrawal of rural homestead in Southern Guangdong is poor,which is at or below the type of preliminary coordination.On the whole,the coordinated development of the integration of rural tertiary industry and the paid withdrawal of rural homestead in Changshun County of Guizhou Province is in the preliminary coordination of the paid withdrawal of rural homestead.Combined with practical results,analyze the changshun rural tertiary industry integration and implementation of rural housing land paid out mainly exist in the process of the lack of rural agricultural talents,agricultural products brand is not enough support,agricultural market channel development,"one household one curtilage" policy propaganda is not enough,the exit of rural housing land reclamation after implementation green degrees of approval of farmer,consciousness is not strong enough.Based on the above research,this paper proposes the coordinated development path of rural three-industry integration and paid withdrawal of rural homestead in Changshun County,Guizhou Province.It mainly includes: encouraging farmers to withdraw from idle rural homestead through industrial development and integrated development of industry and city,and giving play to the driving effect of rural three-industry integration on paid withdrawal of rural homestead;Second,by linking the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land and changing resources into assets,solve the problem of land and capital for the integration of rural,tertiary industries,and give play to the role of rural paid exit in promoting the integration of rural,tertiary industries.Through enhancing the understanding of the importance of collaborative development,formulating scientific collaborative development strategy and issuing relevant laws and regulations to improve the level of collaborative development.
