| The traditional urbanization model attaches great importance to the development of large and medium-sized cities,and resource policies are mostly inclined to urban agglomerations or coastal areas,causing a series of development problems.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the concept of "new urbanization",which requires accelerating the integration of urban and rural development and promoting the coordinated development of large,medium and small cities.Henan Province is located in the central region.The traditional urbanization model that prioritizes the development of cities has led to the transfer of population to cities and the abandonment of rural arable land.Secondly,the proportion of construction land has increased sharply,threatening food security,and the development of towns and towns has been lagging behind.The gap between urban and rural areas continues to increase.How to further develop the economy of small towns in Henan on the basis of ensuring provincial and national food security,promote high-quality and sustainable development of small towns,break the dual pattern,and take a new path of common development and prosperity of urban and rural areas has become an important problem to be solved..Based on the location theory,this paper uses data such as enterprise POI data,night lighting,land use,and China County Statistical Yearbook Township Volume,using spatial analysis methods and HLM multi-layer model,and attempts to reveal the spatial pattern of small town development.,to find out the driving factors of the development of small towns in Henan Province from 2000 to 2019 under the dual-wheel drive of new urbanization and rural revitalization,and finally classify and identify the development types of small towns in Henan Province.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of administrative divisions,the distribution of small towns in Henan Province shows significant autocorrelation globally,with low-altitude and high-density distribution in the central and eastern regions,and low-density distribution in the western mountainous and hilly areas.From2000 to 2010,the newly added small towns were distributed around the center of prefecture-level cities and county towns.From 2010 to 2019,the newly added small towns showed the current distribution characteristics along the prefecture-level cities and the border areas of the county,forming one large and eight small towns in the whole province.Nine massive high-density agglomerations.(2)From the perspective of corporate activities,the early industrial foundation of small towns in Henan Province is weak,and the number and scale have increased steadily in recent years.The distribution pattern presents a spatial pattern in the "east-west" direction,and the direction of the first,second and third categories gradually moves from east-south-north to east-north-southwest,and the center of gravity gradually moves from the southwest periphery to east and north.,Small towns in Henan Province have the largest range of small towns with general development,followed by well-developed ones,and the smallest ones with good development classification.(3)From the perspective of economic development,the economic development of small towns in Henan Province shows obvious differences in spatial structure as a whole,showing a cross-band-multi-center development pattern.On an upward trend,the skewness of the mean value and total value of night light is greater than 0,indicating that the distribution of the mean value and total value of night light in small towns in Henan has a positive deviation,which is the same as the skewness.Greater than 0,indicating that the overall distribution is steeper than the normal distribution.Using SPSS classification-K-means clustering,the clustering analysis of the mean value of night lights in three years found that the small towns with good development are still mainly towns or Chengguan towns within the municipal area.(4)From the perspective of land use expansion,within the metropolitan area centered on Zhengzhou City,the urban area expansion shows a trend of concentrated and contiguous distribution.The mountainous area of western Henan is still a development lag area.Affected by factors such as topography and economy,the development vitality of small towns is insufficient.The distribution is uneven in space.Affected by the traffic location,the small towns distributed near the main railway line have maintained a good development trend.(5)The results of HLM model show that the economic development of small towns in Henan Province is affected by the development conditions of districts,counties and towns.In the township dimension,the road network distance from the county,whether it is mountainous or hilly,the proportion of cultivated land,and the permanent population passed the significance test.In the dimension of districts and counties,the distance to the provincial capital,per capita GDP,per capita disposable income of residents and the proportion of output value of secondary and tertiary industries passed the significance test.Overall,the four dimensions of geographical location,natural conditions,socio-economic and policy factors affect the development level of small towns.From the perspective of the development types of small towns,the development of small towns in Henan Province can be divided into four types: primary industry,secondary industry,tertiary industry and the integration of tertiary industry.Among them,the small towns driven by the primary industry are mainly distributed in the central and eastern plain areas,the small towns driven by the secondary industry are distributed to the west,North and East with Zhengzhou as the center,the small towns driven by the tertiary industry are mainly distributed in the central,southern and Western Regions,and the small towns driven by the integration of three industries are mainly located in the high-quality development cooperation zone of Zhengzhou Luoxi. |
