Comprehensive Evaluation Of Implementation Effect Of ZW Resettlement Community Project In T City

With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous increase of residents’ income,people are no longer satisfied with the material needs,and begin to pay attention to the spiritual needs.Under this background,China’s tourism industry has developed rapidly.The emergence of any new thing has its two sides,the booming development of tourism is bound to lead to the interests of some people,the first is the original residents of the house and land expropriation,in order to solve this problem,tourism resettlement housing emerged at the historic moment.Comprehensive evaluation of the implementation effect of housing resettlement project is a key link in the government’s promotion of housing resettlement project.Its effective implementation is of great significance to the overall planning of urban and rural development,the guarantee of middle and low income residents to live and work in peace and contentment,the improvement of urban and rural appearance,and social stability.This thesis hopes to establish a scientific,effective and true comprehensive evaluation system of resettlement housing,and promote the good and rapid development of resettlement housing projects.In order to scientifically obtain the comprehensive evaluation of the implementation effect of resettlement project,this thesis chooses ZW resettlement community project in T City as the research object.First of all,through literature research,a large number of domestic and foreign research results were consulted to understand the characteristics of comprehensive evaluation of project implementation effect and provide theoretical support for subsequent research.Secondly,from the perspective of the government,enterprises and residents,a comprehensive introduction of ZW resettlement community project,including the project planning scheme,cost management,schedule cycle,follow-up management,etc.,to determine the project implementation objectives.Again considering factors of before,during and after the project,preliminary establish resettlement project evaluation index system of community,the late through methods such as field visits,questionnaires,data access,identify and build the project comprehensive evaluation index system,including the target layer 1,five criterion layer,criterion layer 13,28 index layer,then use analytic hierarchy process,Calculate the weight value of each index in the project and whether it passes the consistency test.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to make a final analysis of the implementation effect of the project.By comparing the weight of each index and the comprehensive score,it is concluded that the implementation effect of the ZW resettlement community project is in a good grade.This thesis actively explores the comprehensive evaluation of resettlement housing projects in tourist towns in the new era,points out the problems and causes,and provides specific and solvable countermeasures,hoping to continue to improve the evaluation system and methods in the next step,and provide reference for the research system of residents resettlement planning.
