Research On Corporate Behavior And Development From The Perspective Of Social Embeddednes

With the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy,promoting the deep integration of rural industries has become the top priority of my country’s three rural work.Among them,agricultural product processing enterprises connect villages and markets,and their development plays an important role in promoting agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to study the social embeddedness and enterprise behavior development of agricultural product enterprises in the county under the background of rural revitalization.From the perspective of social embeddedness theory,this paper conducts five field investigations on the embedded development of an agricultural product enterprise in D County,Guizhou Province,focusing on how the enterprise is embedded in the local society after it entered the industrial park and transformed into a modern enterprise in2012.developed.In the field investigation,I worked in the company for half a year as an intern,mainly using interviews,observation and literature analysis to collect data,looking at the development of the company from an embedded perspective,in order to explore a trend in the western region to catch up and surpass.new path of development.Through on-the-spot investigation,this paper finds that the enterprise has gone through three stages: family sideline,small workshop and modern enterprise.After entering the industrial park and transforming into a modern enterprise in 2012,it is mainly embedded in the local society from two aspects: in terms of policy embedding,the enterprise Through the interpretation of a series of social policies,we can adjust the development direction of the company in a timely manner,actively respond to policies such as rural revitalization and poverty alleviation,and green development in the west,and take the initiative to undertake corporate social responsibilities.In terms of organizational embedding,the company has fully interacted and integrated with local agricultural cooperatives,enterprise guild organizations,and e-commerce platforms in the production,management and sales links,and successfully built a social network to communicate with each other.The main body builds a mutually beneficial and win-win social relationship,drives local prosperity with its own development,and finally achieves a win-win society.Based on the above analysis and research,this paper believes that the reason why the company can continue to grow and develop in the changing times is closely related to its social embedding in accordance with the times: fully interpret policies to formulate development goals that conform to trends;actively build social networks to form a complete Industrial chain;actively build good social relations to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.Triple embedding promotes enterprise development,and enterprise development drives local prosperity.Through the case study of the embedded development of an agricultural product enterprise,it may be possible to explore a new path for the western region to catch up: the development of the enterprise must be embedded in the local society,and the western region has the advantage of green development,which can promote the first,The two and three industries are deeply integrated,and efforts are made to promote rural revitalization through industrial revitalization.
