Case Study Of Fengyuan Ecological Resource Patchwork Strategy Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

China has been an agricultural country since ancient times,and agriculture and rural areas are the lifeline of the country.The "three rural issues" of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers have always been fundamental issues related to national economy and people’s livelihood.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,various sectors of society have invested a lot of resources and efforts to help rural areas develop rapidly.The rapid development of the rural economy has provided new opportunities and new tracks for enterprises,and has become a new hot spot pursued by many enterprises and entrepreneurs.As one of the main entities of rural economic activities,rural enterprises can provide employment opportunities,products,and services for society.However,there are currently few micro-empirical studies on rural enterprises.This article takes rural enterprises related to rural revitalization as the research object,starting from the perspective of resource integration and in the form of a case study,explores the role and significance of social enterprise models in rural revitalization,providing reference and inspiration for the development of enterprises related to rural revitalization,and promoting sustainable development of rural revitalization.The case study objectively describes the process of the establishment and development of Jiangxi Fengyuan Ecological Technology Co.,Ltd.in Shixia Township,Zixi County,Fuzhou City.As a start-up enterprise,Jiangxi Fengyuan Ecological Technology Co.,Ltd.was established less than four years ago,with initial capital of less than three million yuan.By relying on local rich natural,cultural and other resources,integrating internal and external resources of the enterprise,and realizing the optimal configuration and complementary development of resources,it has formed an industrial scale of nearly tens of millions of yuan.At the same time,due to the import of external policy resources and environmental resources during the development process,the mission of the enterprise establishment has been changed,and the enterprise has evolved from a traditional enterprise to a new type of social enterprise that can fully consider the interests of relevant stakeholders such as the local government and farmers,with the goal of "win-win" for both the enterprise and society,realizing the common development of the enterprise and society.The case analysis section first analyzes the resource integration activities at various stages of enterprise development and the impact of resource integration activities on various stakeholders using resource integration theory and stakeholder theory,and gives corresponding suggestions and countermeasures based on the actual case.Finally,the article believes that rural areas have rich natural resources,cultural resources,and other environmental resources,and effective development and utilization of specific resources in different rural areas by combining the enterprise’s own key resources can help enterprises establish their core competitiveness in the early stages of establishment.The new social enterprise organizational form with the goal of "win-win" for both the enterprise and society is more likely to be recognized and supported locally under the rural revitalization strategy,and is more conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises than traditional enterprises in obtaining external resources such as policies and the environment.
