Efficiency Evaluation And Influencing Factor Analysis Of The Integration Of Three Industries In China’s Rural Areas

Continuously,steadily and efficiently promoting the integration of the three industries in China’s rural areas is an urgent measure to increase farmers’ income and rural modernization.In recent years,China ’s rural tertiary industry integration development has achieved remarkable results,but overall,China ’s overall integration level is not high,and the integration development of different regions has the characteristics of unbalanced development.It is still in the development stage of preliminary integration.Emerging industries such as agricultural product processing industry,leisure tourism agriculture,and rural e-commerce service industry,which are important areas for the integrated development of the three industries in rural areas,are gradually showing insufficient development potential in terms of the growth rate of output value and the ability to increase farmers’ income.In the process of integrating the three industries in rural areas,the external environment infrastructure is not perfect,the rural high-quality labor resources are scarce,the industrial chain of agricultural products processing industry is short,the depth of agricultural multi-functional development is not enough,and the level of scientific and technological innovation in various industries is low.It has become an urgent focus and difficulty that affects the efficient promotion of the integration of the three industries in China ’s rural areas.Therefore,in order to realize the rapid and efficient development of rural industrial integration,the current predicament can be solved only by clarifying the factors affecting the development efficiency of the integration of the three industries in China ’s rural areas.This is also the main content of this paper.This article contains five parts in total.The first part is the introduction.It mainly sorts out the research results related to the integration of the three industries in rural areas at home and abroad,and clarifies the problems to be solved in this paper.The second part firstly introduces the definition and theoretical basis of the relevant concepts of the integration of rural three industries,mainly defines the three rural industries and the concepts of integration degree and integration efficiency,and introduces in detail the industries that are closely related to the process of integration development.The theoretical basis of structure,industrial chain,agricultural multi-functionality,etc.Finally,an in-depth analysis of three typical development models in the process of the integration of the three industries in China ’s rural areas is carried out.Compare and analyze the characteristics of each mode before and after fusion,and analyze the development status and trend of each mode in combination with key indicator data.The third part firstly analyzes the level of integration of the three industries in China ’s rural areas,and measures the degree of integration of the three industries in my country’s31 provinces and cities from 2010 to 2020 through the entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model.The integration degree and development trend of the four regions in the west and northeast are analyzed.Secondly,on this basis,the DEA-Malmquist index model is used to empirically analyze the development efficiency of rural three-industry integration in China from 2010 to2020,and from the horizontal(regional)and vertical(time)dimensions,the rural three In-depth analysis of the results of production fusion efficiency and decomposition efficiency.In the fourth part,the Tobit model is used to carry out a regression analysis on the influencing factors affecting the development efficiency of the integration of the three industries in China ’s rural areas.The fifth part is the main conclusions and countermeasures of this paper.From the optimization and promotion and implementation of government policies related to continuous industrial integration,accelerating the improvement of rural infrastructure and public service construction,focusing on the cultivation of new rural business entities and high-quality personnel,vigorously promoting the extension and integration model of the agricultural industry chain,and deepening the development of agricultural multi-functional Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in five aspects,including the fusion model.
