Research On The Price Formation Mechanism Of The Government Buy Public Services

The government’s purchase of public services is an important content and form of new public management campaigns.Effective government purchases public services can avoid the disadvantages of bureaucratic systems,better meet the needs of service audiences.However,due to the particularity of public services,the price of the government’s purchase of public services has always been a problem in the field and practical field.Most research on this issue focused on basic theory and individual cases.Based on the issue of improving the price formation mechanism for public service,this study is based on the existing research of scholars,and theoretically constructs the analysis framework of the government to purchase public service price formation mechanism,revealing the price formation mechanism of the government to purchase public services.Then use the method of empirical research,and take the county-level government’s purchase of land space planning service as an example to verify the theoretical framework constructed in this study;and finally the theoretical framework for this study and the county government have purchased the land space.The practice results of planning the preparation services are compared,and the practice results are disclosed and explained in the case of the practical results and the theoretical framework,and policy recommendations are given.The study believes that public services are "quasi-commodities",with the essential properties of goods,based on the specialty of public services on the basis of general commodity prices,is the logical starting point of the analysis of public service price formation mechanism;buyer’s purchase Ability,supplier supply capacity,complexity of public services,the level of competition in the market is the main factor affecting the government’s purchase of public service prices;this study has verified the level of competition in my country’s government to purchase public services from an empirical perspective.The competitive environment with public services supply market will affect the price of public service buyers,the complexity of the public service price is unable to realize the complexity of public service sales;this study also tried to respond and explained " rent establishing Space "Rent Seeking Space" in the form of public service prices;at the same time,the price Formation Strategy of"Market Forming Price + Government Normal" is proposed in the Price formation Mechanism of My Country’s Government to Purchase Public Services.This study revealed the government’s price formation mechanism to purchase public services,further improve the theoretical system of the government’s purchase of public service price formation mechanisms,deepening the research mechanism and government buying public services;for my country’s government promotes public service purchase process The pricing behavior of the public service provides an enlightenment,and provides direct guidance on the pricing of the current government’s purchase of land space planning services.
