Research On The Impact Of Industrial Transfer On Regional Innovation Output In China

Research on industrial transfer is an ever-growing topic in the field of economics.At present,the international community is turbulent and the global industrial chain is blocked at many points.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the domestic industrial chain,the state has issued relevant policy opinions to promote the orderly transfer of manufacturing in the country.In this process,it is worth studying whether various provinces in China can improve the regional innovation output level of the region through the transfer and acceptance of the manufacturing industry,so as to better optimize the spatial distribution of productivity and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern,it’s a major subject.Based on the concepts and theories of regional innovation output and industrial transfer,this paper explores the impact of manufacturing transfer on regional innovation output.First of all,this paper clarifies the relevant concepts of regional innovation output,industrial transfer and producer service industry through the induction and sorting of literature,and finds that the current academic circles hold different views on the impact of industrial transfer on regional innovation output:some scholars believe that Industrial transfer can promote regional innovation output,and some scholars believe that industrial transfer will inhibit regional innovation output.At the same time,this paper also sorts out the interaction effects between producer services and manufacturing in the literature.Secondly,from a theoretical point of view,this paper explores that industrial transfer will affect regional innovation output by affecting regional innovation factors,regional innovation subjects and regional innovation environment,and in the mechanism analysis,it is based on the difference between industrial transfer and industrial transfer place.The impact mechanism is systematically analyzed,and in this process,producer services can play a moderating role.In the description of the status quo,according to the existing literature,the calculation method of the industrial transfer index is determined.Different provinces across the country are divided into a transfer-out group and an undertaking group to observe the regional differences in innovation output between different groups.In the empirical analysis part,using the data of 30 provinces in my country,through full sample regression and group regression,it studies the impact of manufacturing industry transfer on regional innovation output,and the role of producer services in this process.The empirical results show that: first,only from the empirical results of the whole sample,manufacturing transfer has a negative effect on regional innovation output,and producer services have a positive adjustment effect in this process;second,specific to From the perspective of the transfer-out group and the undertaker group of the manufacturing industry,the transfer-out group from the manufacturing industry can increase the regional innovation output of the region,and the undertaking group to undertake the manufacturing industry can also increase the regional innovation output of the region;third,different factor-intensive industries The impact of manufacturing transfer out and undertaking on regional innovation output is heterogeneous.Finally,according to the research results of the article,this paper gives the research conclusions,on the research conclusions and the current development status of the country,put forward how to promote the orderly transfer of domestic manufacturing industry in the future,give play to the positive role of industrial transfer on the innovation output of the transfer out and the area where the undertaking area,better develop the productive service industry and other related policy suggestions,and give the future research prospect direction.
