Empirical Study On The Effects Of Regional Industry Transfer In China

Since Reform and Opening-up,industry transfer became a way that enterprise seek ways of optimum distribution of resources in the global.Industry constantly concentrated into southeast China coastal areas,the industrial gradient and the gap between rich and poor is expanding constantly from east to west in China,in order to economic harmony,the government introduced industrial policy gradually which support to industry transfer from the eastern to the central and western. Coupled with the rising price of production factors and local government discriminate some processing trade industries in the east area,the scale and scope of industry transfer between east and west is bigger and bigger.The global financial crisis impact on the economic development of the developed countries emerging market countries and developing countries seriously which caused by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis.The most affected areas is our country of the east,virtual economy crisis went global economy,the exports that pull the economic growth in China's thwarted and coastal area small and medium-sized processing trade enterprise went bankrupt,speeds up the pace of the industry transfer from our eastern coastal area to the central and western regions.This paper from whether the actual effect of the regional industry transfer is consistent with theory effect,using related economic theory and analysis method of industrial transfer and analyzing the problems in the industry transfer.The paper mainly discusses the influence of the industrial transfer and actual effect factors.The thesis is arranged as follows.Chapter 1 is introduction,describes the research background and puts problem,then introduces the research purposes,methods and analyzes the theoretical and realistic significance.Finally shows the train of research thought.Chapter 2 is Literature review and some definitions,presents the theoretical basis,including Lewis's theory of the transfer of Labor-intensive Industry,Stephen Hymer's theory of Monopolistic Advantage,Raymond Vernon's theory of Product Life Cycle Model,Kaname Akamatsu's Flying Geese Paradigm,Kiyoshi Kojima's Theory of Marginal Industry Expansion,John Dunning's Eclectic Theory of International Production.Sum up the regional industry shift attention and research methods of domestic scholars,add the definitions and research scope.Chapter 3 is the influence factors about industrial transfer and realistic base,shows promotion motivations of the industrial transfer:industrial agglomeration uneconomical,the pursuit of profit maximization,Chinese processing trade policy adjustment,etc.Then,talks about reality foundation of industrial transfer in different region:the regional economic differences, labor difference gradient,the basic environment and the attract policy of the government.Finally,analysis the influence factors:influence on stability about industrial agglomeration of industry transfer,the area industrial supporting ability,the asset specificity,infrastructure and transportation cost,regional intergovernmental preferential policies,etc.Chapter 4 is industrial transfer effect.First,use C-D model,technology diffusion model to analyze the industrial transfer theory.Second,select six provinces of central China as an example,analyzes the regional industrial transfer of the Midwest economic and social effect,but also points out that in the industrial transfer process problems.Last,checkout whether the theory of industrial transfer effect is consistent with actual effect through empirical research on the industrial transfer effect, is the innovation of this paper place.Chapter 5 is conclusion and countermeasures,summarizes the conclusion on the result of this study,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure,make sure the effect of area industrial transfer to maximize.
