Strategy Selection Of South Hunan In Undertaking Industrial Regional Transfer

Research on industrial regions transfer, in recent years, is a hot topic in the domain of Industrial Economics and Regional Economics; also, industrial regions transferring, the adjustment and suggestion of Industrial structure in China's new time, is a significant composition of economic phenomenon. How to make clear that the problem exist in the process of industrial transferring; what strategy the government, especially the administrative border regions of the developing regions, adopt during the process of industrial transferring to lead the industries which be adept at those regions, to expand well; those all questions are main points of china's 12th Five Year Plan.Through three aspects, this paper classify some foreign theories which are in relation with the industrial transfer; also, make an example of central region, based on these, to analyze sort of catholic problems which exist in the process of industrial transfer of those regions, to suggest that what efforts the government should make. Expect that, this paper evaluate the competitive industries which exist in south Hunan and focus on the current industrial policies, leading the undertaking industrial regional transfer, and assess the system performance of the series of these policies. Based on all these, this paper concluded that industrial regions transfer is a systematically dynamic process, in order to make a good system performance, all the related department should positively coordinate with each other.
