Research On The Micro Legalization Process And Mechanism Of Confucian Business Logic

In recent years,as China takes the implementation of the inheritance and development project of Chinese excellent traditional culture as a major strategic task of building a socialist cultural power,a number of entrepreneurs who follow the Confucian concepts of self-cultivation,altruism and benevolence and practice them in enterprise management have emerged in the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta and other regions.On the one hand,they sincerely treat their employees as family members,understand and think beyond economic interests about the essence of the enterprise and how to achieve sustainable development,and lead the enterprise to achieve good development;On the other hand,with the benefit of society as the initial goal,we should create a social atmosphere of truth,goodness and beauty by innovating beautiful and good products,guiding employees to do good every day,and advocating "Clear Your Plate" campaign.Obviously,these entrepreneurs follow the business logic based on Confucian culture,which is different from the market logic(this study defines it as Confucian business logic).Under the guidance of this logic,entrepreneurs not only reap their own happiness,but also lead enterprises to realize steady operation and obtain social recognition.To explore how and why the above entrepreneurs can accept the business logic based on Confucian culture,so as to help more entrepreneurs improve their individual vitality and realize the sustainable development of enterprises.Firstly,this study combines the institutional logic theory and legalization theory,uses the multi case study method to conduct in-depth investigation in five enterprises,and tries to solve two problems by consulting a large number of research literature and application materials related to Confucian culture,institutional logic and legalization at home and abroad:(1)how does the micro legalization process of Confucian business logic happen?(2)Why does the process happen? This study will describe the process of entrepreneurs contacting and learning Confucian culture and finally recognizing and practicing Confucian culture,explore the factors and underlying logic that drive entrepreneurs to continuously learn and practice and finally recognize Confucian culture,and finally summarize and refine the micro legalization process and mechanism model of Confucian business logic.The possible theoretical contributions of this study are as follows: first,reveal the legalization process of institutional logic at the micro level,and respond to scholars’ calls for attention at the micro individual level.Second,find the degree relationship between different dimensions of legalization and the transformation mechanism between them,so as to make up for the lack of attention in the literature on the dynamics of each dimension of legalization at the micro individual level.Third,find the matching relationship between the unique meaning of Confucian business logic and its micro legalization process,and reveal the heterogeneous characteristics of the legalization of institutional logic.There are two possible practical implications of this study: first,it provides a path reference for entrepreneurs to learn and practice Confucian culture;Second,provide valuable intervention strategies to promote the recognition of Confucian business logic at the level of more entrepreneurs,so as to help entrepreneurs with the responsibility of carrying forward Confucian culture spread Confucian culture to more areas more effectively and benefit more enterprises and employees.
