| County economy is an independent system characterized by county-level independent finance,taking administrative counties as specific activity areas,based on various economic factors owned in the areas,and realizing complete economic activities through the exchange and circulation of labor,capital,technology and other production factors.As the basic unit in the process of national economic development,county economy plays a key role in connecting the preceding with the following between urban economy and rural economy,and is an important strategic support to realize the transformation and upgrading of national economy and comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy.In recent years,while the strength of county economy in Anhui Province has been significantly enhanced,the development trend is stable and good,and considerable progress has been made,there are also obvious shortcomings such as unbalanced regional development,single industrial structure,lack of new strategic driving force,and low degree of market opening.Under the background of the new normal and double-cycle development pattern,facing the downward pressure of the economy,the county economy shows great development potential,and its strategic position has also been promoted to a new height.How to realize the healthy development of county economy in Anhui Province,maximize the decisive role of resource market allocation,stimulate the vitality of all economic entities in the county,and optimize the competing relationship of county economic development has put forward new requirements for the development of county economy in Anhui Province.Based on the spatial perspective,this paper explores the spatial correlation and spillover effect of county economy in Anhui Province.Firstly,it defines the concept and type of county economy,expounds the classical regional economic theory and related concepts of spatial econometric model,analyzes the development status of Anhui’s overall economy and county economy based on the data,and puts forward the problems in the development of county economy in Anhui province,which will be the basis of follow-up research.Secondly,using the exploratory spatial data analysis method,the global and local spatial autocorrelation indexes of county economic development in Anhui Province are measured.The results show that there are significant spatial autocorrelation and spatial differentiation characteristics in county economic development in Anhui Province.Thirdly,the spatial econometric method is used to empirically analyze the spillover effect of county economy development in Anhui Province.A positive spatial autocorrelation coefficient indicates that there is spatial spillover effect in county economy in Anhui Province.According to the test results of the model,the spatial Durbin model with double fixed space and time is selected for estimation,and the explanatory variables such as economic development,industrial structure,human capital,financial deepening urbanization level,fiscal revenue and expenditure are selected to obtain its spillover effect among county economies.Finally,partial differential method is used to decompose the spatial spillover effect,and the robustness test is carried out by incorporating the geographical distance weight matrix.The results show that the county economic development is not only influenced by its own factors,but also the spillover effect of factors in the process of economic development of surrounding counties promotes or hinders the county economic development.According to the empirical results,some suggestions are put forward,such as speeding up the development of regional cooperation,optimizing the urban spatial layout,promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,paying attention to the cultivation of professional talents,perfecting the fiscal expenditure system and innovating the county financial system. |
