| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for consumption and the requirement for product quality are increasing as well,so the concept of “full cold-chain” has emerged,which means ensuring a seamless transition between consumer market and consumer terminal.In recent years,the emergence of cold-chain home delivery has changed the traditional distribution mode.In the existing distribution mode,the customer location is dispersed,the batches of distribution products are excessive,and the distribution path is short,therefore,it is necessary to optimize the urban cold-chain home delivery routes.Optimizing the distribution route at the end of the cold chain logistics of fresh products can help to improve the operation efficiency of the whole cold chain home delivery market,reduce the cost of distribution and the rate of damage,ensure the quality of fresh products as well as promote the healthy development of the cold chain market.Based on the cold-chain home delivery service provided by the fresh food terminal merchants,this paper establishes different mathematical models for the normal road conditions and congestion road conditions in urban roads.Based on this,different distribution schemes are obtained.Finally,the validity and rationality of the model and algorithm are verfied by examples.Aimed at the problems which exist in urban cold-chain home delivery,this paper summarized the domestic and international research status of urban cold chain logistics distribution and cargo damage of fresh food,and then introduced the vehicle routing problem with time window and time-varying network.Secondly,it expounded the theory of the cold-chain home delivery of fresh food and the theory of distribution,besides analyzed the damage cost caused by the decrease of freshness during the cold-chain home delivery process,and the relevant model was established;and fully analyzed the characteristics of fresh products in urban distribution,the cold-chain home delivery model was established under normal road conditions and congested road conditions,it used fuzzy time window to described customer satisfaction,objective functions of the minimum distribution cost and travel distance,and the maximum customer satisfaction were established;finally,through the example of road network,the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem,and solution results had certain guiding significance for fresh enterprises. |
