People put food first,and fresh agricultural products are closely linked to people's lives.In order to facilitate residents to purchase fresh agricultural products frequently,most of the communities will open some fresh supermarkets or community fresh stores to ensure the daily life of residents.Fresh demand,and at this time the community fresh produce retail stores in the same city place orders according to consumer demand,not only the community fresh produce shops need to order,all community fresh produce supermarkets need fresh produce,and the community fresh produce supermarkets are varied As the distribution of fresh supermarkets in the community is characterized by multiple and scattered,this makes its network distribution route more complicated and the routes more easily overlap.From the year before to the present,affected by the epidemic,in this special environment,many people cannot live at home,all the demand is transmitted through logistics,many enterprises have not resumed work,and logistics resources are relatively limited.Based on the fact that there are many and scattered fresh supermarkets in the community,fresh agricultural products are perishable,and under the conditions of epidemic conditions and limited logistics resources,how to solve the problem of demand for all orders in the fresh supermarkets in the community,how to design a scientific and reasonable distribution network,Improving efficiency through the distribution center is a relatively important link in the distribution of fresh agricultural products in the same city.This paper studies the problem of common distribution of agricultural products in community fresh supermarkets,and studies the common distribution of agricultural products in communities under the same urban area through two aspects.On the one hand,study the supply side's allocation to the demand side orders,and design and further optimize the order distribution through joint delivery;on the other hand,study the supply side's delivery to the demand side,through the joint delivery to carry out the order route of the community fresh supermarket customer needs Design and further optimize.Based on this,the agricultural product order allocation model of the community fresh supermarket under the same city area and the optimization model of the fresh cold chain logistics distribution path under the same city area were established;and the theoretical model was verified by simulation analysis in combination with the specific case of Company N;The following conclusions:(1)In the case of a large number of community fresh supermarket customers and scattered resources and limited resources,the customer orders of each community fresh supermarket are first allocated to enable multiple distribution centers to jointly deliver fresh food.Fresh supermarket customers' orders for fresh food are scattered,making orders faster and more convenient for delivery.On the other hand,they can plan the number of vehicles and plan roads to prevent traffic jams.After optimizing the common distribution plan of community fresh supermarkets,the number of distribution vehicles and the total distribution mileage have been reduced.Therefore,in the research on the optimization of the common distribution of community fresh supermarkets,the order distribution and path optimization of the common distribution should be comprehensively considered to realize the common distribution of the community fresh supermarkets.(2)Disperse the fresh demand orders of community fresh supermarket customers,so that the orders can be distributed faster and more conveniently,so that the distribution cost is the lowest.This article uses K-means clustering algorithm to allocate orders when considering cost.The closer the community fresh supermarket is to the distribution center,the greater the possibility of clustering together.Therefore,the establishment of the distribution center is crucial.(3)In order to solve the order distribution route planning under the common delivery of community fresh supermarkets,when the shortest mileage is considered as the goal,the number of vehicles and the vehicle loading rate are also taken into account.Excessive costs and excessive time due to excessive distribution route mileage have prompted companies to optimize the number of transportation vehicles and transportation distance.
