Research On International Competitiveness Of Beidou Satellite Navigation Industry

With the completion of the layout of Beidou-3,The coverage of Beidou has expanded,positioning accuracy has improved,and service capacity has been significantly improved.How to promote Beidou to the world,improve international recognition,and enhance its global market share has become an important issue that China’s Beidou satellite industry should pay attention to.Based on the above facts,enhancing the international competitiveness of Beidou satellite industry will be an indispensable part of promoting the international development of Beidou.Based on the development status of the domestic Beidou satellite industry,this paper studies and analyzes the international competitiveness of the Beidou satellite industry,analyzes the deficiencies and problems of the current international competitiveness of the Beidou satellite industry,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which is of practical significance to improve the competitiveness of the Beidou satellite industry.Starting from the international background of the Development of Beidou satellite industry,this paper based on Porter model analyzes the formation basis of the international competitiveness of Beidou satellite industry by selecting four factors including production factors,demand conditions,related and supporting industries and government policies.The research finds that human capital,capital investment,domestic policy release and other aspects can form a good support for the international competitiveness of Beidou satellite industry,but other factors are slightly weak.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the international competitiveness of the global satellite navigation industry,it is concluded that the most competitive global satellite navigation industry is still the GPS of the United States.After a comparative analysis of China’s competitiveness with the satellite industry of the United States and other countries.Starting from optimizing patent layout,promoting schoolenterprise cooperation,promoting the formation of enterprise cooperation network,attaching importance to the Asia-Pacific,Middle East and Africa market,promoting chip technology development,promoting multi-mode application,strengthening international cooperation with the help of "One Belt and One Road",further promoting the international competitiveness of the Beidou satellite industry.
