| As an important branch of management,project management is widely used in various human life services and construction activities,especially in the field of construction engineering.The relevant contents of project management theory are constantly practiced and developed.This paper takes a construction company as the specific research object,combined with its own work experience in the company,through the use of interview method and questionnaire survey method to deeply understand the real work state and work feeling of the employees in the project Department of the company,and then explore the problems existing in the project management of a construction company,Finally,combined with the theoretical knowledge of project management,the project management of the company is optimized.When exploring the problems of project management of a construction company,through the operation appearance of the current decline in performance of a construction company and benchmarking the relevant data of benchmark enterprises in the same industry,it is found that the project development cycle of the company is long and the property removal rate is low.In the context of this operation problem,combined with their own work experience and using the interview method to further understand the current situation of the lower level project management work,find out the problems existing in the current project management work of a construction company: insufficient executive ability of employees,poor risk management awareness,low transparency of project management,vague definition of post business content and low sense of collective belonging of employees.In the process of exploring the above problems,combined with the relevant knowledge content,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the problems,then analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the project management of a construction company by using the questionnaire method as the problem cause exploration means,and summarizes the causes of the problems according to the framework of the project management knowledge system.The conclusion further reflects that the current project management of a construction company needs to be further optimized and improved in four aspects: project organization management,project manpower management,project information management and project risk management.Finally,by using the specific theoretical contents of the above four aspects and combined with the actual situation of a construction company,the project management optimization design of the company is carried out: matrix organizational structure,project manager talent triangle,project team construction cycle identification,project integrated management and work decomposition,risk quantification,risk identification system,etc. |
